I wasn't sure what I did but the girls at my school had begun to tease me. Due to all the name calling and bullying I lost my self-confidence. I hid away from the world and started cutting myself. The once proud forward duo of Polestar Academy,Elliot Ember and I,[Y/N] [L/N],soon fell apart after I quit the team. I still remember the way the team reacted to the news.

"What do you mean?!" The team yelled. "I'm just quitting that all." I spoke with no emotion as I cleaned out my locker. "But why?" Acker asked me. "I just am okay!" I yelled. The defender yelped at my outburst. I sighed softly and walked out of the clubroom for the last time.

I stood on the roof of the school and removed my shoes. "Good bye world." I whispered. "[Y/N]!!!" A voice yelled. I didn't need to turn around to know that voice. Acker Reese,my soulmate. "What are you doing,please get down from there?" He asked me. I shook my head. "No." Was the only word that left my lips. I heard the boy sigh then began to sing.

I gasped softly as I remembered that sweet song. It was my favorite and after I taught it to him,it became his as well. So I guess it was now our song. "Come on Love. I know you know it." Acker spoke softly as he tried to get me down. I barely let a smile show as I began to sing softly.

"See you do know it." Acker said as I turned to face him. "Now please get down." I let a single tear escape from my eyes. "I'm sorry Acker but I am not meant for this world." I said as I took a step back. "I love you." I said as I let myself fall to my death. "[Y/N] NOOOOO!" He yelled as I fell.

"[Y/N],I really wish you were still here with me." Acker said as he placed a boutique of flowers upon my grave. [F/F],my favorites. The ones he gave to had always wanted to gave me on our first date,which was something he never got to do. Unbeknownst to the now grownup defender I was floating behind him. "I'm sorry for leaving you behind in this cruel world." I muttered softly. The boy took stood up and cried out for me. Acker took a deep breath and softly sang out our song.

The rain began to pour down on the poor boy. Although he was getting soaked to the bone,Acker stayed there. With the energy from the rain I made myself visible. "Acker you really should get out of the storm." I said. He gasped softly as he saw me. "[Y/N],why did you leave me." The boy sobbed. "I was not meant for this world but I will always love you even in death." I told him. "Wait for me please?" Acker asked. "I will." I said as I faded away. Years past and my soulmate never let a another girl steal his heart. Soon we were reunited in the heavens above and promised to always stand beside one another no matter what.
