Red Energy [Aizawa X Reader X BNHA]

Almost Heroes

Two and a half years later.

Eraser Head, the student hero with the quirk to nullify someone's quirk with his sight. His hero costume was nothing out of the ordinary, as he was known to be a simple guy. A long sleeve black jumpsuit with a utility belt, equipped with yellow goggles and a special alloy rope around his neck, some dare call it a scarf. His fighting style performed best in the dark, and stealth operations. He still hadn't mastered the rope yet, but he was pretty good with it. Eraser's quirk was known to manifest whenever his eyes turned red, and his shoulder length black hair floated. The poor guy has to keep a bottle of eye drops on him all the time, otherwise he had a hard time keeping targets quirkless.

Escarlata ( "Y/N"), the student hero that can control and attack with red energy. Her hero costume was a little more practical and thought out than that of Eraser Head. She had a sleeveless silver skin body suit, matched with a pair of reinforced elbow length black gloves that helped her regulate the temperature of her hands whenever she manifested red energy. She also had an utility belt with first aid equipment and a stylish red cloth hanging from her hip. Her long red hair flowed, and she wore black combat boots with gravity release in case she had to land in tough terrain. Her quirk emanated mostly from her hands, but she had a limit on the weight of the objects/people she tried to move using energy. Her limit used to be 300 lbs when she entered UA, but it expanded to 600 lbs by her third year. She also used her energy to attack her enemies, and she could fight in small brawls or one on one combat.

Both young heroes were third years at UA High, ready to take on the world and protect those in need... well, almost. It was the time after their third sports festival, one of the worlds most viewed events. The sports festival's popularity was getting very close to that of the Olympics, but not quite surpassed it...yet. Students were scouted by pro heroes during the events of the sports festivals, and at the time, their third year internships depended on the offers they received.

After the sports festival, pro hero Rubberband, their homeroom teacher for the third time, began informing the students about their number of offers. Students were to choose where they wanted to go before the end of the week, so they all had a lot of thinking to do.

"Some of you received an overwhelming amount of offers. This year's sport festivals winner, Escarlata, received 877 offers. Second place..."

(Y/N) could not believe she actually won the sports festival. What was more surprising was that she was number one in her class as well. She was UA's top student this trimester.

"Woooahhhh! 877 offers! That is so rad yo! The top heroes of the moment all want you, my gal! Even All Might's agency is there (Y/N) , you need to tell me the recipe to your success!" said Hizashi.

"Uhm, Hizashi. I think it is a little bit late for you to be asking me for advice. We are almost out of UA and into the real world." (Y/N) replied with a little bit of laughter.

"How are you supposed to choose where you will go for your internship? Remember that whatever decision you make will mark if you end up with your own agency or as a sidekick." - Hizashi

A long conversation ensued.

"I understand, I have a lot of thinking to do. I don't even know where to start." - (Y/N)

"Wow, and I thought 150 offers was quite a challenge." - Hizashi

"That is very impressive Hizashi. Or should I say Present Mic!" exclaimed (Y/N) pointing gun fingers at him.

"Right back at ya! Shota, you also got a decent number of offers, 208 is a pretty decent number." - Hizashi

"Yeah, whatever. Its too much." - Shota
