Escarlata sat on her desk in the teacher's lounge. She analyzed frame after frame to deliver detailed reports to her students. The bell signaling the end of the day rang in the background. A sip of coffee gave her the boost she needed to keep on typing tirelessly.

"You're never going to give students perfect feedback" sounded a familiar voice in the background.

"Toshinori?" asked the tired new teacher.

"I've learned that students are their own hardest critics, so no matter how much you type in their reports, they will always come up with all the little details themselves. They are very harsh on the own skills" said the thin man as he took a seat next to (Y/N).

"Thanks All Might, its just that from Bakugo yelling the whole time, to Ojiro's tail being used so tactfully in order to clear his obstacles, I have so much to say to each of them. I only have two more reports to do, Midoriya and Kaminari."

"Well, what do you think about young Midoriya?" said the former symbol of peace with a very curious tone as his eyes scanned the computer's screen.

"He lacks confidence. He was able to achieve the task, both guiding and being blind, but he couldn't enjoy his victory fully because he kept on overthinking everything. Physically, I like his shoot style, but it was overkill for this task. He is not gentle with his quirk, as if it is too much for him. I think during independent studies, we will work on his hero persona and how he wants others to perceive him, as well as himself. In other words, I will help him out with charisma work" said (Y/N) as she smiled to Yagi.

"Yes!" exclaimed the hero as he turned into a muscular man for a couple of seconds. He spit some blood from his mouth as he returned to his skinny body.

"All Might, what is going on with you?!" said the young woman, shakenly handing the man a napkin while scared about the fluids coming from the blonde man's mouth.

"That is what I have told young Midoriya from the start. I think you are the support we were missing. Most of the classes from the hero course focus on combat, rescue and other tactical teachings. I am glad Nezu thought of this additional course. There is a lot about being a hero that is limited by only thinking of the strategic" said the thin blonde. Aizawa walked in the room.

"Aizawa! How was the end of the day?" asked Toshinori as he wiped blood off the corner of his lip.

"Exhausting like always. Now I have all these to grade" said Aizawa as he put a pile of papers on his desk.

"I am done with my reports! I shall give these to the students next time. You know, I think I am going to do personal interviews next. I see class B in action tomorrow, so I have time to plan how I want to conduct the interviews."

"Sounds like a solid plan. I like the independent studies class already. It presents such a good level of flexibility; you can focus on all the details about being a hero that we cannot!" said a very enthusiastic Yagi. A voice suddenly was heard coming from the speaker on the ceiling corner.

"Teachers Aizawa and (L/N) please report to Principal Nezu's office"

"Time for a break!" said Escarlata as she stood and stretched her arms. "See you later All Might!" said the young woman as she pushed her chair in and walked towards the door with Aizawa.

"You can call me Yagi! Do you mind if I read the rest of your reports?"

"Not at all! Have a blast!" said the woman as she and Aizawa left for Nezu's office.

For the past month, Eri had been in the hospital recovering from her involuntary participation in the battle against Overhaul. Her six-year-old mind was still trying to adjust to a non-abusive environment. She tried to play with the toys from the kids area in the hospital. But it was hard for her to look at colorful and bright dolls, and not be reminded of all the unopened boxes she refused to touch back at the Hassaikai's cave. She had been talked to by so many strangers, and at this point it was difficult to keep count. The constants in her life right now were Mirio, Aizawa, (L/N), her social worker, as well as the staff at the hospital.

She was in bed for two weeks dealing with her fever, and then she had to endure endless psychological evaluations. She was tired of all the commotion, all the ins and outs. Yet she knew whatever she was going through right now, wouldn't even compare to the hell she was living with the Hassaikai. All she wanted, was to be loved and have a family. All she wanted was to go with the black haired man, the lady with the red, bright hands, and the two kind boys that saved her. They had all been very warm to her, like no one ever had.

Her social worker, Mrs. Rukawa entered the play room. She approached the child and sat next to her on the colorful rug.

"Hey Eri! I stopped by your room, and I was surprised to see you weren't there. I am glad you decided to come out. I came by with what I think will be good news for you."

The child turned her head towards the lady and listened to her carefully.

"There was a request for you. The prestigious school, U.A. wants to take you under their care."

Eri's red eyes brightened, and her lips opened a little gap.

"You know, that is where Izuku and Mirio live, as well as Mr. Aizawa and Ms. (L/N). They think its best for you to go with them, as U.A. can keep you safe. They can also teach you how to control your power. What do you think about this?"

"I... I want to go there" said Eri as she stood and dropped the toys on the rug.

"I am glad you like the idea. Everything has been set in motion, and you will be able to go over there in a couple of days"

The child felt warm inside. She felt like crying, but also like screaming, but also like jumping... is this being happy?

Aizawa and (Y/N) arrived at Nezu's office. The automatic door allowed access to the teachers.

"Eri!" yelled (Y/N) as she ran towards the girl. "I cannot believe this! I am so happy that you are here!" said the young woman as she sat beside the girl. She hesitated, but as she realized that Eri was healthy, and her horn a smaller size, she cupped the little girl's hands in between hers.

"Why weren't we notified about this sooner?" asked Aizawa to Nezu.

"Her social worker called me this morning. I figured I would just wait and make it a nice surprise" said Nezu. "She will stay at the teacher dorms. Her room is right in between both of yours. I figured if she ever needs anything, quirk related or not, it is best for her to be near both of you."

"I agree Principal. Will this be her first night here?" asked (Y/N).

"Yes, we have set up the room the best we can, but there are several things that we weren't sure of. I don't mean to put this on you Escarlata because you are a woman, but we really don't have any knowledge about kids clothing or Eri's interests. I remember you made your service hours for UA over at the local elementary school, and I thought perhaps you had more experience because of that. I was hoping you could get Eri a new full wardrobe and other things she needs. You will be reimbursed by the school of course, so please don't hold back."

"Good thing I finished my reports and have no plans this afternoon. Is Eri cleared to step outside of this building?" asked (Y/N).

"Unfortunately for now, its best for her to acclimate to U.A. before we can transition to the outside world. There are many things she needs to learn before we can take that step. Don't worry Eri, the world is not a scary place. We will work on making it the best for you from now on. Now, let's work on making those hair strands as shiny as possible!"
