The next day I got up and sighed while looking at myself in the mirror. I decided to dress proper for this thing, especially if it lead to getting a new editor. I pinned up my hair, put on a nice outfit, grabbed my portfolio, and my purse. I put on my shoes and walked out of my apartment locking the door behind me. Soon I walked out of the building and made my way to the bus stop. Once on the bus I looked at my cell slightly smiling at the text message I got yesterday from Itachi and Kakashi. Couple minutes passed by and quickly reached my destination and my eyes widened when I reached it. Only building on the block my ass. It was the only building anywhere in sight with a huge gate all around. I slowly walked up to the security guards and they looked at me. "Name?" asked in if the guards with a clip board, as I gulped a bit. "Uh, Rei Atsuna" I said, as they looked on the list. "Have I.D.?" asked the security guard, as I jumped and took my I.D. out of my purse and gave it to the security guard. He wrote somethings down on his clipboard and then took out a guest pass. He gave me both the pass and my I.D. "Just head through the main doors Miss Atsuna. Miss Konan will be waiting for you there" he said, as I slowly nodded my head. I walked inside and saw Konan smiling at me. "Welcome to Akatsuki Corp." she said, as I slightly nodded my head. "Big Building" I said, as she smiled. "The Akatsuki Corp is a building of all traits and we recently just entered the manga industry. So having you as our first artist is a real pleasure" she said, as I stopped and narrowed my eyes. Konan then paused and looked at me over her shoulder. We looked at each other for a bit and then she smirked while closing her eyes. "So you can tell" she said, as I raised an eyebrow. "Tell what?" I asked, as I paused and saw a satisfying smile on her face. "When people are bullshitting you" she said, as I stood there not knowing what was going on. "This way" she said, as I slowly followed her to an elevator. We walked in and she pressed the button for the top floor. Once the elevator doors open I saw a hallway leading to one wooden door. We started making our way to the wooden door and Konan opened it. I walked inside and paused in my tracks seeing two men sitting at a leather couch smirking while looking at me.

Did they practice this? Or am I just in another league or something? This is crazy. "Rei Atsuna, this the director Pein and our owner as well as your new editor Tobi" said Konan, as I eyed her. "So first name alias. Is there a reason for this?" I asked, as Tobi chuckled while puffing his cigarette. "Don't worry it's for your protection as well as ours" said Tobi, as I narrowed my eyes. I then took a step and handed him my portfolio. Tobi smirked taking it and then handed it to Pein without looking. "No need Miss Atsuna. I'm truly a big fan of your work. Ever since Deathly Future back when you were first becoming a manga artist" he said, as I stopped. It's like everyone around me knows all of my works all of a sudden. Was this a coincidence? "So Miss Atsuna" said Tobi, as I jumped and looked at him. "We want you to create a new manga and new volume in two months" he said, as I stopped. "New manga? I haven't even had time to complete my other one" I said, as Tobi stood up and I shivered coldly when he wrapped his arm around my shoulder. "Don't get me wrong your 'Merciless Fight' manga is amazing, but... we want something... different. If we like it here then you can resume your other manga till it's finished. Then give us an update on the one your going to give us" said Tobi, as I eyed him. "Let me guess, if I don't create one we have no business" I said, as he smirked and tilted his head towards me. "I know how great you are Rei. Now prove it. You have two months" he said, as Konan then escorted me out of the building. We stopped at the entrance and she smiled at me while crossing her arms. "What do you think?" asked Konan, as I closed my eyes. "What else does Akatsuki Corp do?" I asked, as Konan smirked. "A little this and that, nothing to be concerned about" said Konan, as I narrowed my eyes watching her walk back into the building. I returned the guest pass to security and then started walking towards the bus stop. I then paused when my cell phone rang. I picked it up and saw an unknown number. "Hello?" I answered "Hey it's Kakashi. Itachi gave me your number hope that's okay" he said, as I smiled. "Yeah it's fine" I said, as the bus arrived and I got on. "Is this a bad time?" he asked, as I sat down on the bus. "N-no not at all I just left an interview" I said, as I glanced at my phone when not hearing anything.
"So the rumour is true. Your editor dropped you" said Kakashi, as I lowered my head a bit. "I guess you could say that" I mumbled, as there was another long pause. "Where are you right now?" asked Kakashi, as I just got off at my stop. "Uh, I'm at the bus stop near my apartment" I said "Don't move, I will pick you up" he said, as I paused when hearing the dial tone. What was that about? I decided to wait at the bus stop and then I turned my head hearing honking. A dark blue Sudan stopped just ahead of the bus stop and the window rolled down. "Rei" said a voice, as I walked over to the car and saw Kakashi in the driver's seat. "Get in" he said, as I nodded my head and opened the passenger door. I sat down in the passenger seat closing the door once inside. "Buckle up" he said, as I nodded putting on my seat belt. Kakashi then drove off and I looked at him. "Where are we going?" I asked, as Kakashi smirked at me. "It's a surprise" he said, as I eyed him. "I really don't like surprises" I said, as I blushed when Kakashi took my left hand and kissed it. "If you don't have fun, I owe you a coffee jelly" he said, as my eyes widened a bit but then I smirked towards him. "Three coffee jellies" I said, as Kakashi smirked at me. "Your on" he said, as he continued to drive. I eyed him as we kept driving and driving. I soon noticed we were pretty far out from the city. I soon paused noticing a line up of cars. "Perfect we're right on time" said Kakashi, as I looked at him and tried to look ahead. Seriously? Where are we going? As the car moved I soon narrowed my eyes seeing Kakashi parking in a lot. Okay seriously, what's going on? I then paused when Kakashi turned on the radio and turned the knob to a certain station. "Seriously Kakashi what's going on?" I asked, as he placed his right arm around my shoulder. I looked at him shocked and then paused as the sun sat over the hill; a screen appeared and I smirked towards Kakashi. "A drive in. Nice touch" I said, as I blushed when Kakashi tilted my chin towards him. "Your surprisingly more confident today" he whispered, as I blushed and turned my head a bit. "I guess being told by two amazing guys that they love her can really make a girl shine" I said, as Kakashi chuckled and I blushed when he lightly kissed my lips. My eyes soon widened as he deepened the kiss. My hands started to move on their own as they grabbed his shirt from his arms. I soon closed my eyes when he put his right hand to the back of my head. I soon broke the kiss and gasped for air. I eyed Kakashi as he chuckled lightly. "So this is our third date?" I asked, as Kakashi smiled more and cupped my face. "I just wanted to make sure you were okay, oddly enough you made me feel better if anything" whispered Kakashi, as I smiled and leaned my head on his shoulder enjoying the drive in movie. "I guess you win, I am having fun" I said, as Kakashi leaned his head against mine.
