Gab's POV
I don't know but I cannot get that weird and maniac man out of my mind. I remember how happy his face was before he hugged me. I can't forget how sad and hurt his face was when I slapped him. But can you blame me??? He hugged me just like that and I don't even know him!
"Manong, please don't tell mom and dad about what happened earlier. Baka hindi na po ako payagang umalis ng bahay mag-isa. You know how praning they are."
"Hahaha. 'Wag kang mag-alala iha. Alam ko naman 'yon." He get's out of the car and opens the car door for me.
"Thank you po. Pahinga na po kaya pagkababa niyo sa mga gamet."
"Sige."
"Hi, sweetie. How was your shopping?" I kiss mom on her cheeks.
"Tired. But I enjoyed." I kiss dad's cheek as well who seems to be too engrossed with the documents his reading.
"Hi, anak."
"Hello, dad. What are those?"
"Documents I need to review for my presentation."
"Okay. Not gonna disturb you na. Mom, I'll just take a rest. Call me when dinner's ready."
"Okay, sweetie."
After I take a bath, I slam my body on my bed. I was so sleepy a while a go, but now my eyes are wide awake. I roll on the bed; face the ceiling; face the on the right; face on the left ---
"Uggh! I can't sleep! Why is that man bugging in my head?!" I hissed and sat.
I am staring at my study table when a cute keychain caught my attention. I get up from my bed and pull out the chair under the study table and sit on it. I get the keychain which is hanging on the hook of the study light.
"This is so cute. Are you mine, little penguin?" I ask to the penguin keychain as if it can talk back.
"Oh!" Its head came out of it's body when I pressed its tummy. Then I realize... it's a usb.
"This is interesting." I open my laptop and plug in the usb. The usb is named as Claire. I view its content. All I found inside it are videos. I open them one by one.
Video 1:
"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Gabby... Happy birthday to you!" A little girl sings.
Who is she?
"Sorry, Gabby, if Claire is not there on your birthday this year. But I have something for you. I'll give it to you when I come home before christmas. I love you!" The cute little girls gives a flying kiss. She's so adorable.
Video 2:
"Happy birthday, Gabby! Look at my dress!"
She moves a little far from the camera and turns around to show her beautiful pink fairy dress. Then she comes closer again.
"I'm so excited for your birthday party tomorrow! Also... thank you for choosing a fairytale themed party. I know you love dinosaurs more but you chose not to make it your theme on your birthday because you know I will just be scared and you know that I love fairies and princesses. But always remember that I love you more than them because I love you veeeeeeery much!"
"Baby? Who are you talking to?" A voice asks her. Her eyes grew bigger. Hahaha.
"No one mommy! I'm just making a video for Gabby!"
"Claire, finish that already. The food is waiting on the table."
" 'kay, mom." She rolls off her eyes as she faces on the cam again. Haha.
