Have you ever felt so unfamiliar of yourself in many ways? Have you ever felt so strange of almost everything that surrounds you? Have you ever felt so lost in a place they said you lived in for all your life? Have you ever felt so incomplete when nothing seem to be absent? Have you ever felt so loved by someone you don't know, you can't see?
Every time I wake up, these are the feelings that always welcome me. Just like this morning. Maybe I should try harder in convincing Mom and Dad to answer all my questions before I go crazy.
"Oh, you're awake na pala. Good morning." Mom greeted me with a kiss on the head. Dad did the same thing.
"Good morning."
"We'll just have our breakfast in the airport since it'll only be an hour before out landing." Dad informs us.
"I'm so excited to be in the Philippines again." That's Mom with a wide smile on her face. It's pretty obvious that she misses Philippines a lot.
"Are you both not worried? Some papparazis might chase us in public. I don't want to run in the middle of our breakfast if ever." I retorted.
Just so you know, Mom and Dad are famous love team in their time in the Philippines. That's what one of my cousin told me.
"Have you forgot, sweetie? I and your Dad are not the famous Dawn and Richard anymore. There's nothing to worry."
"Well, Mom, in case you forgot, I have an amnesia." I just look at the sky out of the window. I can hear murmurs from Mom and Dad.
I feel sorry for them. My mood swings are really bad. Sometimes I'm jolly and sweet. Sometimes I'm a crybaby. Sometimes I'm aloof. Other times I'm clingy. And it is all because of this damn amnesia.
