The Aftermath (Final Series of Deception)

Alonzo Is Tired

The next morning came and I got myself together. I got the twins up and dressed and fixed them breakfast. They sat in the family room watching tv. I got dressed, ate, and read the paper. The twins was enjoyed their morning cartoons. I heard Jalisha coming down the steps and I pulled the paper higher over my face so I wouldn't see her come in. "Hey grandma." The twins said running to her hugging her legs. "Good morning babies what you doing?" She asked them. "We watching Spongebob." Bryleigh said. "Aww that's great baby." Jalisha said to her. She walked in the kitchen to see if she had a plate made.

As she walked in she noticed there was nothing for her to eat. Jalisha walked to the family room and cleared her throat. Alonzo sat there and didn't budge a bit. So she clears her throat again. Still nothing from him. "I know you hear me clearing my damn throat at you." Jalisha said with at attitude. "And if I did?" Alonzo said. "Where's my damn food at?" She asked with a straight attitude. Alonzo put the paper in his lap and looked at her for a few seconds.

Then he raised the paper back up and continues reading. "So you gonna act like a complete ass huh?" Jalisha said to him. "Hey watch your mouth. Don't you see my grands down here watching tv?" Alonzo said being smart. "Alonzo I don't care what we going through I still would have cooked you something to eat. So why didn't you fix me anything?" Jalisha asked.

Alonzo didn't answer her. He just kept reading the paper. "Alonzo you hear me talking to you." She said getting angry. Alonzo put the paper down and asked the kids a question. "Hey guys y'all want to go see mommy?" "Yes Papi Let's go see her." KJ said. He's a big mamas boy for sure. He's been over here with us for a few days now.

"Well y'all go put on your shoes and come on." They jumped up and ran to their room and put on their shoes. Alonzo walked to Jalisha and said "when I get back have your ass here cause we need to talk." He said rolling his eyes and walking to the door. "Kids come on or Papi gonna leave you." He said playfully. The kids came running out and grabbed his hands.

As Alonzo put his coat on and gave the twins their coat, he opened the door and started out the door. Jalisha said "no you are not leaving. We are about to discuss this right now." She said pointing down to the floor. Alonzo looked at her and closed the door. Jalisha just stood there with her mouth open. "I can't believe you Alonzo." She yelled at the door.

Jalisha went in the kitchen and cooked her something to eat. After she ate she cleaned her dishes and went and grabbed her purse and keys. She walked to the truck and got in and drove to Zoe's house. She called her while she was driving. "Hello." Zoe said in a sleepy voice. "Wake your ass up and get ready." Jalisha said.

"Why? And what are you doing calling me this early in the morning?" Zoe asked her. "Don't question what I'm calling for. Get up and get dressed and that's the last time I'm gonna tell you." Jalisha said and hung the phone up. Zoe sighed and got up. As she was getting up out the bed Kwan looked up at her to see if she was ok.

"Where are you going Zoe?" He asked stretching. "I'm about to take a shower and get dressed." She said still trying to wake up. "Oh ok well I'm about to head out. I'm already in some deep shit." Kwan said throwing his legs on the side of the bed. "Do you have to leave so soon?" Zoe asked trying to sound all sad.

Kwan put his hand on his head and said "Zoe please don't start this shit aight. I told you I'm married and I'm only coming over here cause of the baby. I'm already in deep with Amira so just chill alright." Kwan said walking to the bathroom to brush his teeth.

Zoe walked behind him in the bathroom. Kwan ran the water and put the toothpaste on his tooth brush he leaves there. As he was brushing his teeth Zoe sat on the toliet and grabbed her stomach. Kwan looked down at her after he rinsed his mouth out and wiped his face. "What's wrong now?" Kwan asked.

Tears was coming down her face. Kwan leaned down at her level and asked her again. "What's wrong Zoe?" "Kwan I know you just got married and all but don't you love me anymore?" She asked with her head down crying.

Kwan sighed heavily and put his head down. He lifted her head with his fingers. "Look at me Zoe." Kwan said softly. She looked up with her face covered with tears. "Look I know I was wrong for cheating on Amira with you. I should've fought back the feeling. Do I love you? Yeah I do. But I'm in love with Amira." Kwan said as he held her head up.

"So you used me to get sex?" Zoe said getting upset. "No it wasn't like that I swear. Me and Amira never had issues with sex. We just argued that day I was mad and wasn't thinking." Kwan admitted. "I promise I'll take care of my seed but we can't be anymore. I'm sorry." Kwan said rubbing her face and wiping her tears away.

Kwan pulled her up and he pulled her into a hug. "I'm so sorry baby but I can't do this with you anymore. I love you and I love our child but we can't be." Kwan said looking down at her. Zoe started breathing hard and fast as she cried. Kwan hugged her and told her "please don't cry." He said squeezing her tight.

"Kwan I can't let you go. You are everything to me. I love you and I can't see us not being together." Zoe said hyperventilating. Kwan sat her back down on the toilet. "Please stop crying. I don't want nothing to happen to you and the baby." Kwan said trying to comfort her.

Nothing was working at this point. Zoe grabbed her stomach and started screaming again. This time the pains were real. Kwan heard a difference in the screams and got scared. He picked her up and took her to the bed. He laid her out and tried to calm her down.

"Breath baby breath." Kwan said calming her down. He rubbed her stomach and laid his head down on her stomach. "Please calm down for the baby's sake." Kwan said as he rubbed her stomach. Zoe calmed down and sniffled. Kwan lifted his head and pulled her into him. "Zoe please stop all this crying babe." Kwan said kissing her forehead.

Zoe wrapped her arms around him and laid her head on his chest. "Kwan I can't live without you. I don't even want to. Please take me back." Zoe said. Kwan just laid there and didn't say anything. All he can think about was how he is hurting Zoe and Amira. "What the fuck am I gonna do?" He thought to himself.

This is getting very hard for Amira!!!!

Kwan got himself in a bad space!!!!
