As I paced the floor back and forth I waited on Jackson to call me back. I've left him several messages to see about Kwan.

"Good morning Ms. Manning. I'm Dr. Chapman and I will be doing your physical today. Can I get you to get on the table and take your bottoms off. I'll be back in just a second."
