The Aftermath (Final Series of Deception)

What Now?

I packed my things and just thought about how I'm loosing everything I got. I don't know what's gonna happen next but I don't want to know. Here I am a newly wed moving out my house that I bought for me and my wife and kids. I know I fucked up but I thought if I told the truth I would be able to fix what I messed up. Pops had it different from me. Mama actually wanted him back. I mean Zoe wants me but I don't want to be with her. I want my wife. Amira is everything to me and now I may have loss her.

As I put the last of my bags in the car I walked back through just to make sure I got everything. I stood in the living room and just looked. Tears formed in my eyes as I looked around. I picked up the picture of me and Amira on the table and looked at it. A tear fell on the frame. I wiped it off and put the picture in my bag. I headed towards the door and Amira was walking in. We just looked at each other for a second.

"I was just leaving." Kwan said walking around her to grab the door. Kwan turned around and said "Amira I know you mad at me and I get it. But I'm so sorry and I love you. I'm in love with you. And I want my family. I'll do all I can to prove that to you so I can come home. Amira didn't say nothing.

She just stood there with her back to Kwan. Tears was coming down her face as he talked. "I'm sorry Amira and I love you so much." Kwan said as he walked out. He closed the door and got in the car and left. Amira kept it together until the door closed. She fell on the sofa and cried her eyes out.

This is so hard for her. She has never been without Kwan. Amira picked up her cell phone and called her dad. Alonzo answered on the first ring. "You ok baby?" Alonzo asked with concern. "Daddy he's gone. I can't believe this Kwan is gone." She said as she cried her eyes out. "Baby do you want daddy to come over?" Alonzo asked. "Yes daddy will you please?" Amira said.

"You don't have to ask twice I'm on my way." Alonzo said. As Alonzo got up to walk to the door he asked their maid to watch the kids for about a hour so he can take care of some business. He got in the car and went to Amira.

Meanwhile at Zoe's house, Jalisha just pulled up to the house. She got out the car and fixed her clothes and locked her truck. She walked to the door and rung the doorbell. She waited for Zoe to come to the door. Zoe opened the door and let her in.

"About damn time you open the door." Jalisha said. "Look I'm not in the mood aight. My stomach has been hurting and I don't feel all that well." Zoe said. "What's wrong with you?" Jalisha asked. "I don't know I just don't feel to well. What is it that you want?" Zoe said sitting down.

"What's your plan next?" Jalisha asked. "I was told that Amira kicked Kwan out and this is your opportunity to get him to move in." Jalisha said smirking. "Why are you so determined to get your daughter and Kwan separates?" Zoe asked. "I've never liked his ass and want him gone." Jalisha said.

"And what has he done so that you don't want him to be around?" Zoe asked curious to what she was about to say. "Zoe it's none of your business. Just know it's a reason." Jalisha snapped back. "Wow so you can know all my business but I can't know yours?" She said back to Jalisha.

"Like I said it's none of your business. Now get him to move in. And I want details of any conversation you have with him. Document. Pictures too." Jalisha said laughing. Zoe just stood there and looked at her.

"Girl don't you hear me talking to you?" Jalisha said. "Yeah I got it." Zoe said. "Fine I'm about to go and you do what I say you got it?" She said as she walked out the door. "Yes I got it." Zoe said. Jalisha got in the truck and left. About fifteen minutes later Zoe called Kwan. The phone rung several times and she didn't get a answer. She tried again and still no answer. So she texted him.

Zoe:
Kwan what's going on? I've called you several times.

Kwan didn't respond to the text. Zoe was getting angry so she texted him again.

Zoe:
What's the deal? I've called and text and you not responding to me. I've been in pain all day. I need you.

Zoe waited about 30 minutes and called him again. He still didn't answer. Zoe got upset and texted Jalisha.

Zoe:
Why isn't Kwan answering or texting my calls?

Same thing with Jalisha. No answer. Zoe was getting really pissed. So she called Jalisha main phone. The phone rung twice and the phone was picked up. "Hello?" The voice said on the phone. "Oh I'm sorry is this Jalisha's phone?" Zoe asked.

"Yes it is how can I help you?" "Listen she is not answering my phone calls and my text messages. I need her to help with Kwan. He's not answering his phone." Zoe said not even caring who she was talking to. "Wait who is this?" Alonzo asked. "This is Zoe. Jalisha has been helping get him back." Zoe said. "Now when you say helping you get him back what do you mean?" Alonzo asked.

"Well she had me call him about the baby and all. I know he got married but he loves me and he stayed with me last night too." Zoe said. "Wow well listen I'll tell her to call you back ok." Alonzo played off her. "Ok thanks so much." Zoe said.

Alonzo hung the phone up and put it back down the way Jalisha had it. She came out the bathroom and sat on her side of the bed. She looked at Alonzo and said "what now? You looking all crazy and shit." Jalisha said. Alonzo went off. "So this is what you do? You at this shit again. How the fuck You planning against my fucking daughter with this damn bitch?"

"What are you talking about?" Jalisha asked. "Get your ass out my bed and go to the guest room. You're a back stabber and I can't stand you right now." Alonzo said. "Oh and she told me everything." Alonzo said. Jalisha mouth feel wide open. "Baby let me explain." She said touching Alonzo. "Get your damn hands off of me and get the fuck out."

Alonzo knows!!!!!
