The next morning
I was glad I woke up, I got to see Pan's shirtless form and ruffled hair. I leaned over and pressed my lips to his earning a sweet smile from him, those green emeralds looked me up and down then rolled on top of me. I put my arms around his neck as he rested his forehead against mine, I could feel his hot breath on my skin, in an instant the space between us closed hungrily.

He kept me where he could see me and where I was safely comfortable. Our legs were entangled like our bodies were, my only prayer is that no one walked in. The lost boys didn't know I was awake yet so who knows what they would think of pan if they heard? There was no space between us, not even an inch. I kissed his shoulder gently then his neck then his jaw. The amount of times I heard him moan "ssh, they'll hear us" i blushed as I heard him chuckle in my ear "Let them" I hit him playfully "My family wouldn't appreciate that"

I bit his ear lightly "Good point" I inhaled that heavenly scent of earth and musky scent "You don't know how much I've missed you" there was a knock at the door "The warlock is here"  I rolled onto him "I'm thinking I reclaim my throne and pay Alec a little visit" he smiled at me "and this is why I love you" I climbed off him but as I stood up, he grabbed my waist and pulled me back "Peter!" He ran his tongue along my shoulder biting slightly, he was going to leave a mark.

I leaned my head back onto his shoulder, he stroked my neck gently "We've got work" he nuzzled me until I got up and got changed "We can do whatever you want tonight" that was all he needed to put a top on and wait for me to finish doing my hair. He swung open the door and walked out after me "My queen?" I smiled at Felix "hey Felix, been too long"

I hugged him  and glanced around at the other lost boys, a wave of gasps and hushed murmurs spread through the camp "the warlock?" pan wanted information and I wanted it too but not as badly. Felix smiled "We sent him to the echo caves after we moved the Shadowhunter to your tree" my king turned to me "Why don't you go and try and gain some strength in the lagoon? i'll send the downworlder to you" I smiled "thank you for giving me this chance".

He sent Felix with me just to make sure I got there "When'd you wake?" I shrugged "Yesterday afternoon, lily snuck me out. pan snuck me in" he chuckled darkly as I entered the cave "I'm good here, you should get back, Pan's gonna want you with him when Magnus and company arrives" he shook his head smiling then disappeared into the woods.

I turned and picked up a stone and dropped it into the water, I took a step back as an orange tail became visible under the clear blue tidal waves "Thea? I thought Pan would've had you bed bound" I crouched down "I have a feeling after today I am, but the warlock made his way to neverland" she nodded and lifted herself up on the stone I stood on "So? you coming in or what?"

I sat down and braced to slide in "I can only just walk normally..." she put her hand on mine "Hey, take it slow, we're in this together" I took a breath and slipped in, I kept my hands on the stone. I felt a dull pain in my chest and looked down to see black mist swirling where my heart was. I plunged my hand in and pulled out my heart "The curse is affecting it. I put it on the surface and let go letting myself drop into the water.

Pan's POV

I sat on a log watching the campfire, Felix had returned bringing updates of the warlock "Pan, there you are, my old friend" I looked up to see Magnus strolling towards me like he owned the place "Alexander wasn't in the echo caves" I stood walking up to him "Wasn't he? Ask the lost girls. They were in charge of him" I realised he'd brought the vampire "Weren't you meant to protect Thea?"

he looked nervous "I did" I chuckled "She came back poisoned, dying and only woke up yesterday, does that sound like 'safe' to you?" I could see he was unaware of these events "Your so called 'Alexander' attempted to murder my queen" I watched as they looked at each other "You'll find our two lost girls at the lagoon" I sent my shadow to supervise Thea wherever she was. definitely after today she's camp bound.
