🇵anted breaths escaped from Raven's parted lips, heating up the inside of her mask as she ran on all fours. Usually she runs like any other ghoul, but when in a hurry, she uses all four limbs to get her away or get her to her destination.

She leaped from rooftop to rooftop, knowing that unfortunately, she couldn't save all of them but if she was fast enough, maybe she could get to at least one.

In one clearing she passed, she saw a Dove fighting Enji - just for the Dove to shove a gun through him, emitting a blast of light through his back. A quiet gasp choked out of her, and as the Dove was cornering in on Enji, eyes gleaming with malice, she was about to leap down and join the fight.

Then out of nowhere, familiar red and violet tentacles sliced through the gun, cutting off all the cannons. The Dove gets knocked aside before he could retaliate by Kaneki's kagune. Raven then nodded to herself, knowing Kaneki will take care of him, then went to go look for Kaya.

She then came upon Kaya falling off an apartment balcony, with a few Doves standing below the building. Kaya met with the ground, seeming motionless.

A Dove came upon her, muttering something about vengeance, his tone full of venom.  Kayla still had life in her, from the motion of her head that she made to look at the Dove who was about to end her.

Raven didn't waste time in bursting her ukuka out and flying at the Dove, wrecking his weapon and sending him to meet the wall.

"Raven?..." Kaya softly uttered.

Raven didn't turn her gaze off the Dove, but she knew that Kaya was relieved to see her. The Dove threw his head back, laughing maliciously.

"Ah, the Blue Wolf has come out to play for me. I guess the Black Dog was a part of your pack or whatever." He sneers, getting himself back on his feet.

"You don't know me, you only know my name. So, therefore, a little-known fact about me is that I roam alone. Don't get me wrong, though. I'm not a bystander either." Raven growls back.

Seeing as he still wasn't fully ready for battle, Raven took her chance, wrapping her purple tentacles around him. She brought him forward in her grasp only to fling him back with a great force against the wall once more, already making this fight end and giving her the win.

She then slowly scooped Kaya up in her arms and was gone in the next moment. As luck would have it, Kaneki crosses her path and sees the state Kaya's in.

"Ah, there you are." Raven huffs.

Kaneki comes over, taking Kaya from her then nodding in a certain direction, getting Raven to follow him. He brings her to a quiet area where Enji's already resting by the tunnel entrance to the subway.

"Hey Enji," Raven speaks in greeting.

"Hey Raven, didn't think I'd be seeing you again." He manages to reply, his eyes alight with familiarity.

"Well, when it comes to Anteiku, I'm not gonna sit idly by." Raven retorts with a half-shrug.

Soon, Kaya is sitting on the opposite of the small wall that Enji's perched against. "Thank you for the aid, Raven. We now understand why you and Kaneki had to leave us. We're sorry for doubting you." She croaks from where she sat, having to look up at the two.

They nodded to the wounded Anteiku members, then exchange glances before nodding again and taking off in separate directions.

🇷aven had found herself upon the main street of battle, now seeing Aogiri members rain down upon the remaining Doves. She soon spotted Ayato walking, molded with Aogiri members, but not quite --- since he stood out in his black uniform.
