Chapter 11 We meet again

DANIELLE'S POV

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock, as well as Sara screaming from her room.

"Turn that damn alarm off woman! People are trying to sleep!" I chuckled because she's definitely not a morning person, as am I. As I turned the alarm off I hear yells across the house. Alexis and Grace nicely said thanks, but Sara had other thoughts.

"About time!" I laugh and look over at Hadley, who is fast asleep. She even sleeps like he does; with her blonde hair messed up, her lips parted slightly, and her light snoring. I felt tears in my eyes because I missed him so much and seeing her like that reminded me of him. I wiped the tears away and gave my sweet little girl a kiss on the forehead as I went to get ready for work. When I walk out of the bathroom I see Hadley struggling to take her shirt off. The shirt seemed to be halfway on her head and she is doing an awkward dance to get it off.

  "Baby do you need some help?" I said chuckling.

"Yes mama, just a wittle." She giggled as I helped her get dressed. I carried her down the stairs to where the others are and we went out to get some food at McDonald's.

When we got to the restaurant I ordered food for Hadley and I after the others made it to the table with theirs. A worker smiled as she handed the tray to me and I walked to the table. I gave Hadley her food and walked to fill our cups up. When I made it back to the table Alexis spoke up.

"So Danielle, what are you going to do when Niall comes to L.A.?" She took a bite of her burger and I sighed. 'Can I just eat in peace' I thought.

"Truthfully, I have no idea. I really want to see him but."

"Mommy, I done." I wiped her mouth and took her out of her chair.

"Ok go play, but be careful." She nodded and ran off to play.

"Anyway I don't know. I want to see him but I'm afraid of what he would do if he found out Hadley was his daughter." They all nodded sympathetically. 

"If he is the Niall you've told me about babe, I'm sure he wouldn't leave you all alone because of her. I'm positive he would that little fireball as much as he loves you." I smiled at Grace.

"I hope so." We sat there until I had to clock into work and I gave Hadley a kiss when they were going back home. I was completely unaware what was going to happen tonight.

NIALLS POV

We finally made it to L.A. and I'm starving. That was the longest trip I have ever been on in my life.

"Paul! Can we go to McDonald's! I am starving! "

"Sure Niall, but be quick."

It seemed like forever until we pulled up to McDonald's. Liam told us the usual drill for when we go out in public.

"Ok lads keep your hoodies up and glasses on. We don't want a repeat of last time." We simultaneously looked toward Louis, who smiled innocently.

"Liam my dear boy, I don't know what you're talking about." We did as we were told and made our way into the restaurant. I was last in line to order so when I looked up to order I froze. The girl was turned around putting orders in a bag for the drive thru and I couldn't help but stare.

"Danielle?" She turned around and my heart started racing so fast I couldn't breathe.

"Niall?" I put my finger to my lips so she would know to keep it down. She didn't seem to care because the next thing I knew she jumped across the counter and gave me a big hug. I held her tighter than the day she left and whispered in her ear.

"I've missed you so much Danielle."

"I missed you too Niall." She pulled away smiling.

"Do you want to eat with me and the boys?"

"Sure, let me get your food and I will go on break." I brought my food and Danielle over to where the others are.

"Hey lads guess who I ran into." They looked up with wide eyes. Danielle was then attacked with a group hug.

"Can't breathe guys." They all let go of her and we sat down.

"So Dani-bear how've you been?" Louis wrapped his arm around her and she looked as if she didn't know what to say.
