Chapter 34

Everyone packed their luggages to go to Mumbai for Gauri and Omkara's marriage. They reached the airport and settled in the seats in plane.

Gauri was nervous as it was her first time in the flight. Seeing Gauri's nervousness Omkara held her hand.

"Gauri, don't be afraid. It's okay I am here." Omkara said linking his hand with hers.

Gauri smiled at him.

Soon the flight started at Gauri held Omkara's hand tightly closing her eyes.

Omkara smiled at her and began to rub her hand to sooth her.

Soon after sometime Gauri drifted into sleep keeping her head on Omkara's shoulder. Omkara pulled her closer to him wrapping a hand around her waist kissing on her forehead and resting his cheek on her head.

They reached Oberoi Mansion and everyone welcomed them happily.

"Omkara, your girl is looking very beautiful. " Dadi said blessing Gauri.

Omkara blushed.

"O My Mata... Omkara is blushings. " Pinky said laughing.

"We will make arrangements for your engagement tomorrow." Shakti said.

Tej was standing silently not speaking anything.

Omkara saw him and ignored his presence.

"Mom, I am going to my room. " Omkara said and went.

"Gauri, you too go and fresh up. Anika will show you your room. " Jhanvi said.

Anika took Gauri to guest room.

Gauri was looking around the room when Omkara came and hugged her from behind.

She turned around and cupped his face.

"I know you are upset seeing your father, but please try to behave normal with him. " Gauri said.

"I am trying but I couldn't. "

"It will be hard but not impossible. Maaji will be happy if both her husband and son are in good terms. Don't ru  away from his presence." Gauri said rubbing his cheek.

"Okay." Omkara said kissing her temple. "I will make you pay all the kisses on our wedding night. " Omkara said winking and left the room leaving a blushing Gauri behind.

Next day Omkara and Gauri got engaged and everyone is happy.
They decided to conduct Mehandi and Haldi on the day before marriage.

On the Haldi day everyone is busy making arrangements for the Haldi.

Gauri and Omkara are sitting in the Garden, where their haldi is going to take place.

"Haldi for boy should be brought from Girl's home. Here I am not finding anyone from Bride's side." One of the relatives said.

Gauri looked down sadly.

"Why didn't you find anyone, we are here? " Svetlana said carrying a Haldi bowl in her hand with Kali, Richa and Sahil standing with her.

Gauri was happy seeing them she smiled happily.

"Bride's Brother and Sister in Law are here to carry out the rituals. " Kali said.

Everyone received them and began to apply the Haldi on Bride and Groom.

They began to play haldi holi.

Later Gauri came to her room to wash of the haldi and was standing in front of the washroom mirror washing away the haldi on her face.

She opened her eyes and saw Omkara in mirror, who standing behind her leaning to the door crossing his hands against his chest.

"Omkaraji, what are you doing in my washroom. " Gauri said shocked.

"Woh kya haina, everyone applied Haldi on me except you, so thought to get it applied by you." Omkara said.

"Omkaraji, Go out of anyone catches us in this situation it won't be good. " Gauri said.

"You didn't applied haldi on me. " Omkara said.

Gauri huffed and took some Haldi which is on her face and applied to Omkara.

"Happy? Now go. " Gauri said pushing Omkara.

"I didn't applied Haldi on you. " Omkara said pinning Gauri to the wall.

Gauri looked at him wide eyed.

He rubbed his cheek with Gauri transfering the Haldi. He applied some haldi on her stomach and Gauri closed her eyes with the proximity.

He placed his lips on hers and began to kiss her smoothly. While resting his hand on her bare waist. He began trailing kisses down her neck while Gauri was clutching his kurta tightly.

"Gauri... " Anika's voice made them both freeze.

"Gauri, I brought your dress. " Anika said.

"Okay Bhoujai. " Gauri shouted from the washroom.

"Hurry up, I will stay here to help you get ready." Anika said.

Gauri looked wide eyed at Omkara, who was placing his head in the crook of her neck hugging her from behind enjoying her tension.

"No... No... I will manage Bhoujai. " Gauri said.

"Arre aise kaise, let me help you. I will stay here you come." Anika said.

Omkara was smiling looking at Gauri panicked state.

Gauri was glaring at Omkara.

"See all this is because of you. How can I go outside now. " Gauri whisper shouted.

"Shall I carry you out. " Omkara said earning a smack from Gauri.

"Ouch! "

"Hey Shankerji, now what to do." Gauri said walking to and from holding her head.

Omkara was enjoying her tension leaning against the mirror.

"I can't go outside nor can I stay here. What to do? " Gauri said biting her nails.

Omkara pulled Gauri towards him holding her hand making her bump into his hard chest.

"Leave me, because of you see what all I am going through. " Gauri said angrily.

"Why tension, when I am here. I can help you." Omkara said.

"Then what are you waiting for help me na. " Gauri said.

"Request me. " Omkara said.

Gauri glared at him.

"Omkaraji... Please... Help me to get out of this situation. " Gauri said.

"Hmm... Not satisfied. Try again. " Omkara said.

Gauri gritted her teeth.

"Omkaraji, please. Kripa karke, please get me out of this situation, please... " Gauri requested.

"Okay Fine. " Omkara said and took out his phone to message someone.

He stood their relaxed looking at Gauri.

"Help me out. " Gauri said.

"Wait Chiraiya, rescue team is on the way. " Omkara said.

"Anika... " Shivaay voice echoed on the room.

"Yes, Shivaay. "

"Anika, I am not finding my blue file, please help me. " Shivaay said.

"You are always careless. Gauri, I will be back in few minutes. " Anika said and exited the room.

"See, I told you not to fear when I am here. " Omkara said proudly.

"You told Bade Bhaiya that we both are in washroom? " Gauri asked.

Omkara grinned.

"How can you do that Omkaraji, what will Bade Bhaiya thinks? " Gauri asked embarrassed.

"Gauri, he won't think anything. It's common between a couple. Now don't be embarrassed, I will go before anyone comes. " Omkara said and went out.
