Chapter 62

"Germany? Is this a joke?" Gauri said Crumbling the paper in her hands. "How can he go to Germany without even saying a word to me about that?" She said angrily as she dialled his number.

"Great! Now he even switched off his phone." Gauri groaned and walked towards the exit frustrated.

"Maaji__" Gauri called walking hurriedly towards Jhanvi as soon as she spotted her in the corridors of OM.

"What happened beta? " Jhanvi asked looking concerned.

"Did you had a word with Omkaraji? I had been trying to call him since past half an hour but his mobile is switched off." Gauri said with a dull expression.

"Oh! Don't worry dear." Jhanvi said placing a hand against Gauri's cheeks. "He probably might be in flight and switched off the mobile, he will call as soon as he reaches Germany." Jhanvi assured and Gauri nodded and walked back to her room.

"You could have fought with me to make me speak why did you leave me like this?" Gauri cried laying on the bed as She began to miss her Jhatadhari.

"Now I understand, how you would have felt when I left to Bareilly to accompany Richa for her wedding shopping. Every thing in this room's reminding me of you making me miss you more." Gauri cried trying to call Omkara for the n th time. "Please for once speak with me."

"I can't even sleep without you, I could have tolerated your annoyance but I can't tolerated your anger. Please Omkara ji come back to me." She cried hugging Omkara's pillow as tears began flow down her cheeks.

She fell asleep crying all the while hugging Omkara's pillow.

"Ouch!" Omkara groaned, "Stupid Khanna, why did he have to be so responsible and keep the ladder back in the store room." Omkara cursed Khanna as he began to climb the OM walls with the help of the pipelines.

"Sir? You should keep your leg on the window sill first and then you have to climb the wall with the help of pipeline." A gruff voice came from behind.

"Oh sorry." Omkara apologized, "You see I am not a professional like you in these things. Besides how many years of experience did you have in this carrier? " Omkara asked in a low voice.

"10 years and still counting sir." The voice replied.

"Wow! That's great. For 10 years you have been robbing the houses and didn't even got caught once." Omkara said in a appreciation tone, "I wish I can give a round of applause for you but you see my hands are full." Omkara said gesturing towards his hands with which he was holding railing and pipeline.

"Thank you sir, I had been proud of myself for that till today but you see you caught me." The thief said disappointed.

"Arey, don't get disappointed Majnu bhai, you are still a great thief the thing is I am smarter than you." Omkara said climbing the wall, "besides the house you were about to rob belongs to Mehta's they got bankrupt last month and as far as I know except for the walls n furniture they don't have anything valuable in their house now."

"Good God thanks for the information, At least I don't have to waste my energy and time now." The thief said.

"You know what just help me reach the first floor and I will pay you money." Omkara said hanging while holding the railing.

"Bhai, I was not that bad to take money for helping you out besides didn't you said we are friends? Dosti mein no thank you no sorry." The thief said as he began to help Omkara.

"Oh sorry, I forgot." Omkara apologized as he reached the balcony of his room.

"Okay my work here is done." The thief said, "Convey my regards to Bhabhi. I will leave now, I have to find another house to rob."

"Arey wait a minute." Omkara said stopping the thief as he began to scribble something in a paper.

"Here take this." Omkara said giving the paper to the thief.

"What's this? " The thief asked looking down at the contents of the paper.

"A small gift from my side, A list of rich people in this area, who has weak security system, lazy guards and full black money." Omkara said capping the pen, "I even wrote their addresses beside their name."

"Wow! That's a great gift I ever got." The thief said happily.

"It's nice meeting you, Bro." Omkara said giving a hug to the thief, "I got to learn many things from you like how to climb the walls easily and all, you are a great teacher, I wish I could learn few more tips from you."

"It's nice meeting you too, you are the first one to catch me and not to hand me over to police." The thief said, "Don't worry, I will send you a friend request in Facebook, feel free to message me whenever you need help." The thief said and left after waving good bye to Omkara.

Omkara walked inside his room after opening the door discreetly. He found Gauri sleeping on their bed hugging his pillow.

"Aww.. Meri Chiraiyya, I missed you." Omkara said walking towards Gauri slowly.

"You have been crying?" Omkara mumbled as he spotted dried tears on her cheeks. "You missed me so much, I wish I could take you in my arms and kiss you." Omkara said brushing away the tears from her cheek and in process disturbing Gauri's sleep.

She began to move her eyelids sensing a presence beside her making Omkara jump and hide under the Bed.

"Omkaraji__" Gauri called sleepily, "Comeback soon the bed's so cold without you beside me."

"Even I too can't stay away from you, Jaan but what to do, I have to do this because I can't even tolerate your silent treatment." Omkara mumbled from under the cot.

"Sleep well and miss me because Tomorrow when I present myself in front you, I can't wait to see you hug and apologize to me." Omkara thought as he began to eat chips and snacks in his bag.
