Chapter 53

"Come na, Omkaraji.." Gauri said and walked towards their room with Omkara trailing behind her.

As they were about to reach their room Omkara stopped in his tracks making Gauri turn around.

"What happened?" Gauri asked turning around.

"I forgot my mobile at dining table." Omkara said quickly.

"I will ask Khanna ji to get it for you."

"No,Gauri, I will go and fetch it myself. Poor Khanna must be tired following orders of Shivaay everyday at least let him take rest when Shivaay's away. I will go and get it in 5 minutes." Omkara said frantically and ran away even before Gauri can say anything.

After roaming around the Oberoi Mansion for a good one hour, finally Omkara found himself standing at the door of their room.

Taking a deep breath he enter the room and found Gauri sitting on their bed writing her assignments with books scattered around her.

"You came." Gauri said without raising her head from the book.

"Gauri... I am sorry, I don't know Shivaay has plans. Please don't be mad at me. I know it's my fault but I just wanted to take care of you but I didn't expect this. Please forgive me." Omkara said hurriedly closing his eyes tight.

Receiving no response from Gauri, Omkara slightly opened his one eye and saw Gauri looking at him smiling.

"She's smiling means she's not mad at me, it's a good sign." Omkara thought and opened his both eyes.

"Okay." Gauri said simply.

"Okay! Means you forgave me! " Omkara said happily.

"Nope." Gauri said grimly.

"Huh! Why? I apologized right? " Omkara asked.

"Your apology won't get my assignments completed." Gauri said narrowing her eyes at Omkara.

"I am Sorry, My chiraiyya." Omkara said pinching Gauri's chin between his thumb and index finger. "I will do anything for you to forgive me."

"Fine, do my assignment." Gauri said giving her books to Omkara.

"But, it's business assignment! I did my masters in Psychology not in business. How can I do your Business assignment." Omkara exclaimed.

"I don't know, It's your problem." Gauri said casually continuing writing her other assignments.

"Gauri, I don't even have any idea about this assignment." Omkara said confused. "At least if Shivaay was here, I would have taken his help to complete your assignment but he's not here."

"If Shivaay bhaiyya was here, I wouldn't have asked you to write my assignment on first note. Since he's not here go and complete my assignment yourself." Gauri said.

"How can I? " Omkara asked.

"Isn't it obvious, go and take help of the person who knows about business in OM other than Shivaay bhaiyya." Gauri said making logic sign.

"What! No!! You want me to go and ask Mr. Oberoi to help me with your assignment? No way!" Omkara exclaimed.

"Your wish, either you do my assignment or you can shift your things to the guest room." Gauri threatened.

"Gauri... " Omkara said shut his mouth earning a glare from Gauri.

"Fine." Omkara said and walked towards his wardrobe.

"Is he really shifting to the Guest room or what? " Gauri thought looking at Omkara as he opened the wardrobe.

"Do you want me to help you shift your clothes to guest room? " Gauri asked.
