Chapter 63

"Bhabhi... " Rudra shouted as he banged the door of Gauri and Omkara's bed room making both Omkara and Gauri to wake up startled.

"Rudy bhaiyya, one minute." Gauri said as she jumped down the bed and began to hurry towards the door.

"Stupid, he won't even let me sleep peaceful." Omkara mumbled sleepily getting up. "Ouch! " He groaned as he fell back on his back after hitting his forehead to the cot making him fully awake.

"Shit! I forgot I was sleeping under the bed not on the bed." Omkara thought as he rubbed his forehead to soothe the pain. "Thank God, I didn't got any scar on my handsome face." He said touching his forehead.

"What! No___" Gauri's panicked voice made Omkara divert his attention to Rudra and Gauri. "This is a joke, isn't it?" Gauri asked hopefully.

"I wish it was Bhabhi, but it's all over the news." Rudra rasped.

"What's all over the news." Omkara thought digging out the water bottle from his back pack laying lazily under the bed.

"No__this can't happen!" Gauri cried as she stumbled.

"Bhabhi, control yourself, I know it's a shocking news and I can't believe this is happening. The officials has yet to confirm the news." Rudra said holding Gauri.

"How can this happen? No, this is just a bad dream." Gauri cried.

"Why is this Idiot making my chiraiyya cry in the early morning, when I can't even go and hold her." Omkara cursed peeking at Gauri and Rudra from under the bed.

"I wish it was, Bhabhi but it was all over the news that the flight that was going to Germany collapsed in mid air." Rudra cried.

"Poor flight, Oh god, let the poor souls rest in peace." Omkara prayed, "Why does this Rudy have to tell Gauri about this news as first thing in the morning as if he was some breaking news reporter? Can't he wait and tell her after breakfast or something? At least after my surprise? " he thought.

"Control yourself, Bhabhi." Rudra said hugging a sobbing Gauri.

"He done everything and now was saying Control Bhabhi, My Gauri is so good that she was feeling bad even for the strangers." Omkara thought.

"How can he do this to me, how can he leave me like this." Gauri cried.

"Who is she talking about? " Omkara wondered.

"It's all my fault, he left because of me, it's all my fault." Gauri sobbed.

"Don't blame yourself, Bhabhi, It's my fault also I should have forgave him."

"Yeh chal kya raha hai? " Omkara wondered.

"If I had forgave him, he would have been here in OM instead of that flight." Rudra cried, "My O left to Germany in that flight because of my mistake. It's because of me that My O got into that flight accident."

"What?!" Omkara whisper shouted spitting the water. "All the while idiot is making my Jaan cry because he thought I died in flight accident! "

"Omkara ji, tell me this is joke and you promised to never leave me, how can you break your promise." Gauri cried.

"This is a Joke and I never break my promise." Omkara said coming out from under the bed making Gauri and Rudra look at him wide eyed in shock.

"Bhoot! " Rudra shouted panicked after a few minutes.

"Chup bey!" Omkara said smacking on Rudra's head.

"O, you are alive!" Rudra shouted happily.

"Omkaraji, Is it really you? " Gauri hiccuped.

"100%." Omkara replied.

"But the flight accident__"

"I didn't go to Germany I just played a prank to make you miss me all the while hiding under the bed." Omkara said proudly.

"That means, you didn't died in flight accident?" Rudra asked still shocked.

"I am fit and alive." Omkara said.

"You are really here and it's not my imagination right?" Gauri asked.

"Why don't you give me a hug and confirm yourself." Omkara said spreading his arms for Gauri.

Gauri rushed towards Omkara wiping her tears as he waited to hold his wife in his arms.

"Ouch!" Omkara yelped holding his cheek as Gauri gave a tight slap.

"I asked you to give a hug to confirm not a slap." He said rubbing his cheek.

"Don't. Ever." Gauri said wiping her tears that are still flowing down her cheeks. "Don't ever play these kind of pranks on me, did you heard that." She shouted angrily with her nose red.

Omkara nodded his head without any word.

"I thought I lost you." Gauri sobbed hugging Omkara hiding her face in his chest making sure it's not a dream.

"O, I am sorry." Rudra said hugging Omkara from the other side.

"I am fine and sorry for making you all worry unnecessarily. It's just a prank gone wrong but the flight accident was not a part of my plan." Omkara said honestly.

Gauri and Rudra continued to hug Omkara as if they thought that he would vanish if they let him go.

"Okay, now leave me before you suffocate me." Omkara said pushing Rudra lightly.

Rudra removed his hands that was tightly wrapped around Omkara and took a step back. Gauri too began to lift her head from Omkara's chest.

"Not you." Omkara said pushing Gauri's head into his chest, "You can hold me as long as you want." He said wrapping his arms around Gauri, who continued to hug him without a complaint.

"Did you told everyone in the home about the flight accident?" Omkara asked looking at Rudra.

"No, I came directly here to inform Bhabhi first after Bhavya told me about the accident." Rudra said.

"Once in your life, you did a good thing." Omkara said. "Now go and tell Bhavya, that I am in home safe and sound before she sends all her battalion to Germany."

"Okay." Rudra said and began to love out of the room.

"Please, don't scare me like this, O. I can tolerate everything else but not the loss of you." Rudra said hugging Omkara tight.

"I am sorry for whatever happened." Omkara said patting Rudra gently on his hair as he wrapped  an arm around his shoulder. "Now go and inform Bhavya." He said letting Rudra go while cradling Gauri on the other hand.
