Chapter 58

Happy Weekend :)

Two days later:

"I don't know, Anika. I am still afraid thinking about how the family members will react if I tell them about my pregnancy." Ishaana said biting her nails.

"Ishaana, we already discussed about it, two days back and I am sure the family members will support you no matter what." Anika assured.

"Yes, Ishaana I think it will be good if you tell the family members by yourself before they find out what's going on. By now they are already feeling suspicious regarding your intolerance to certain smells and about you not leaving your room." Gauri said placing a hand on Ishaan's shoulder.

"But I am scared to tell them, Gauri." Ishaana cried.

"It's okay, Ishaana. If you are scared then don't take stress, just say them that you are pregnant that's it." Anika said.

"Okay." Ishaana said taking a deep breathe.

Omkara along with Tej was sitting in the living room discussing things when the door open revealing Rudra.

"Hey guys, I am back." Rudra said posing like shahrukh khan, "Did you guys missed me? " He asked flipping his hair.

Tej rolled his eyes where as Omkara silently glared at him.

"Idiot, did all sort of shameless things, ran away like a coward and now he was asking did anyone missed him." Omkara mumbled looking grimly at Rudra.

"What O, didn't you missed your hot and handsome younger brother? " Rudra asked plopping himself on the sofa beside Omkara.

"No, why would I miss you." Omkara said emotionless, "besides I would not miss someone who runs away from things." Omkara said in a low voice that was only audible to Rudra.

" Huh?" Rudra said looking confused.

"Stop acting so innocent, when I already I know your reality." Omkara taunted.

"O, can you speak in an understandable language, my Brain was failing to translate your poetic language." Rudra said scratching his head.

"When someone was so good at acting about being oblivious they won't understand anything. It is easy to wake up the sleeping person but it is difficult to awake a person who was pretending to sleep." Omkara taunted.

"Okay, O. I think you needs to sleep. That's all what I understood from your words." Rudra said shaking his head.

"You___"

"Rudra, you are back." Jhanvi exclaimed standing at the doorstep.

"Maa... Maa... Ma... " Rudra shouted running towards Jhanvi in slow motion, "Maa... How are you, maa." Rudra asked cupping Jhanvi's face in his hands.

"I am fine, Rudra."

"No, maa. I can see that you lost a few layers of your makeup worrying about me." Rudra said faking emotion earning a smack from Jhanvi.

"Idiot." Jhanvi said smacking his head.

"Rudra.. " Pinky called standing beside Jhanvi, "I brought favourite Laddoo's from Chamanlal's shop and was worried that you were not at home, Thank God you are back." Pinky said hugging Rudra.

"Chotimaa, you are the only one who cares about me in this home." Rudra said pouting.

"Dramebaaz, here take this laddoos." Pinky said taking out laddoo box from the bag and handing it to Rudra.

"Thank yo____" Before Rudra can take the laddoo box, Shakti snatched it from Pinky's hand and ran away.

"Shaktiji___" Pinky shouted.

"Chotepapa, it's not fair___" Rudra whined running behind Shakti.

"Everything is fair when it comes to sweets and snacks since your Chotimaa keeps sweets out of my reach." Shakti said running away with sweet box.

"Please, chotepapa give me at least one laddoo, it's my favourite." Rudra requested.

"Nope, not even a piece. Remember last time you ate all laddoos in front of me without even letting me have a tiny bit." Shakti reminded.

"That was because doctor said you have high sugar levels."

"I don't care, this sweet box is mine." Shakti said hiding behind Tej.

"Papa, help me." Rudra asked.

"Don't involve me in this." Tej said raising his hands up.

Rudra began to chase Shakti as he began to run all around the house.

Anika, Gauri along with Ishaana came towards the living room to tell about Ishaana's pregnancy to the family members.

"Guys, we have something to say." Anika said making everyone turn towards her in attention.

Taking it as the opportunity Rudra snatched the sweet box from Shakti and hid behind a pillar giving a smug smile to Shakti.

Shakti made an attempt to snatch but stopped as Pinky glared at him to pay attention at the situation.

"Yes, go ahead Anika." Tej said nodding his head.

"Well, I don't know how to say this but I hope you all take this positively." Anika said fiddling with her duppatta.

"What's the matter, Anika? " Pinky asked concerned.

Anika nudged Ishaana to speak but Ishaana shook her head in negative mouthing she can't.

"Ishaana, say it. They are waiting." Anika whispered to Ishaana.

"I can't Anika." Ishaana said looking like she was going to faint.

"Bhoujai, she's taking stress, it's not good for health." Gauri whispered.

"What do we do now, Gauri. The family members are looking at us now." Anika whispered back.

"Seems like Gauri has convinced Ishaana to break the news about her pregnancy to the family." Omkara thought looking at Gauri, Anika and Ishaana who were whisper talking among themselves.

"I think we should tell them ourselves now." Gauri suggested and Ishaana nodded giving permission.

"Okay, if Ishaana is okay with that we can tell them ourselves." Anika sighed.

"I have no problem." Ishaana said.

"Okay then, let's break the news." Gauri said taking a deep breathe and turning around to fave the family members, who were now looking at the trio with full attention and anticipation.

"I think I should get ready to handle the situation when the hell breaks loose when the family members gets to know about Rudra impregnating Ishaana. I wish Shivaay was here to handle the situation but since he was away  it's your responsibility to handle the situation Omkara,you can do it." Omkara thought and was mentally preparing himself to face the situation.

Seeing that everyone was busy paying attention towards Anika, Gauri and Ishaana, Rudra thought it's a perfect opportunity to relish the sweets without any disturbance and began to stuff the laddoos in his mouth hurriedly two at a time.

"What's the matter Gauri? " Jhanvi asked looking at Gauri.

"Erm... Maaji, it's that... That.... " Gauri began to play with her fingers nervously.

"I think I should take the situation in my hands, since it's clear that Gauri was feeling it difficult to deliver the news. Hell, how can she say that the ladla of the house did such a harami thing." Omkara thought with a disgust eyeing Rudra, who was busy eating laddoos without any care of the surroundings.

"What's it, Gauri? " Jhanvi asked again.

Gauri took a deep breathe.

"Ishaana's pregnant."

"Rudra papa banne wala hai."

Both Gauri and Omkara said at the same time earning loud gasps from everyone.
