I decided to trust Tasha and went with the flow as she made me up for this party; I didn't expect to look as good as I did that's for sure. While the red dress was figure-hugging, it felt like silk against my skin even without the underwear. But the thing that amazed me most was my hair and makeup; Tasha had done my eyes in a smoky style while my black hair swept across my face in a type of 40s hairstyle,

"Do I look ok Tasha? It isn't too much?" I turned to look at my friend who was sat there with her hands clasped in front of her.

"You look amazing but I'll prove it..." She stuck her head out of the door and called Clint; as he walked he stopped to look at me from head to toe,

"Whoa...I...er...shit Anna, you look amazing." Laughing I stood next to him and gave him a hug,

"Thank you Clint, that made my night." I turned to look at them both and place an arm through each of their own, "So where are we going again?" I asked, but Tasha just smiled,"You will see." She said as Clint led me out of the door.

After what seemed like a long time we pulled up to an amazing building in the middle of New York City; I stopped to stare at the building with Stark written across the landing platform

"We are going to a party at Tony Starks pad?" I asked, trembling slightly, "I don't think this is a good idea?" But Clint grabbed a hold of my arm and led me to the revolving door. I dug my heels in outside the door which caused Clint to stop with me, "I think I'm going to be sick?" I said as I covered my mouth with a shaking hand. Clint looked at Tasha as he rubbed my back.

"You will be fine Anna," She lightly touched my arm; "Clint and I will be with you the entire time. It's just nerves." Nodding I took a shaky step towards the door; I could see Clint and Tasha looking over my shoulder at each other. Sometimes they could be so eerie when they communicated without talking.

Taking a death grip on Clint I allowed him to escort me through the revolving door towards the lifts in the foyer. I didn't take much notice of the echoing hallway as I was shaking in my boots, but the one thing I realized was that the whole side of the "reception" was just a bank of open windows. As the elevator doors opened I took a deep breath and entered the small metal box.

The lift seemed to take forever to reach the top floor; with each passing floor, I felt like my heart was going to explode from my body it was beating so fast. If Clint and Tasha weren't there then I didn't think I would have made it this far. I'm not a social bunny, I hated parties and I hated crowds of people since that time in New York two years ago.

As the door opened my step faltered as I saw a huge crowd of people partying and drinking on the large floor; the New York skyline was visible through another set of windows, giving the impression that there was nothing between you and the outside;

"I changed my mind, can I go home?" I whispered, my grip tightening on Clint's arm until my knuckles turned white and cracked with the pressure, "There are too many people here." I didn't want to leave the elevator but Clint and Tasha practically carried me by the arms which left my feet dangling, before they deposited me next to the bar. Just as he was about to order the man who owned this building came up and tapped Clint on the arm.

"Clint I need your help with something? Can you give me five minutes?" Tony Stark asked before he looked at me and nodded his head, "Excuse us a minute." He said; Clint looked at me then at Tasha before shrugging his shoulders and followed Tony. I sighed and turned to signal the bartender,

"I'll have a JD and coke please?" I requested before I leaned against the chrome bar surface. Just as I'm about to ask Tasha what she was thinking about a strawberry blonde woman came up to take her arm,

"Nat I'm so glad you are here?" She nodded in my direction, "I'm sorry but I need Nat for a second." She said before she pulled her away from me. I saw Nat look at me apologetically while I rolled my eyes; so much for staying with me the entire time. Grabbing my drink I went and stood by the window in the quiet corridor and I looked out at the New York skyline; just me, myself and my JD and coke.

I didn't know how long I was stood there just staring at the view, but suddenly I could feel someone stood close behind me.

"Hello Beautiful," before a hand belonging to the voice grabbed my butt and squeezed it hard. "Nice no underwear" gasping I turned in surprise and saw my ex stood there,

"What do you think you are doing Carl?" I asked as I took a step away from him,

"Anna..." he eyed me up and down, "well don't you know how to dress smart? Shame you can't hide the fact that you are a prude tramp; it's written all over your face." He sneered at me before roughly grabbing hold of me, pulling me towards him, "or have you changed your mind and are ready to let me pop your cherry...women do not wear dresses without underwear unless they are easy or gagging for it."

He pushed me against the window, pinning me with all his strength. I looked around for help but there was no one in this quiet corridor and the party in the next room was loud. He placed his spare hand on my mouth to stop me yelling out for help before he started to raise the dress so he could run his hand along my bare butt.

"Hmm, you tease. You should have worn stuff like this more often when we were together; better for easy access." I'm beyond frightened but just glared at him; the anger swimming in my eyes. As his eyes tightened I realize my mistake when he threw me through the open door of an empty room. As I tumbled to the floor I looked up and am frozen in fear as he locked the door behind him and started towards me with a predatory gleam in his eyes.

As Tony finally led Clint back to the room his eyes wandered around trying to spot Nat and Anna; seeing Nat talking to Pepper he headed towards her and touched her arm,

"Where is Anna Nat?" He asked still looking around the room, Nat looked up towards the bar and realized their friend was no longer there.

"I left her by the Bar; you don't think she left do you?" As she saw Tony enter the room accepting well wishes from the people there she walked over to him, "Tony have you seen Anna?" He looked at her blankly, "The girl who was here with us." She reminded him,

"No I've not seen her; maybe she went home" He started to walk away but Clint grabbed his arm to pull him back. Tony looked at Clint's hand on him before he raised his eyebrow at him. Pulling his arm out of Clint's grasp he headed over to the computer in the corner of the room. Pulling up the security data he ran a search on the missing girl. When that came up blank he tapped his fingers on the desk, "JARVIS." He asked, "Can you locate Anna Smith in the building?"

"Sir Anna Smith is in the office down the hallway but she is not alone." Said the electronic voice of his AI computer,

"Who is she with JARVIS?" Suddenly a picture of a man with dark brown hair and eyes appeared on the screen before him before a video feed from the room appeared next to the desk where the man was slapping Anna around. Clint swore and headed to the hallway door where he bumped into Steve Rogers,

"Excuse me, Cap." He said as he stormed towards the door,

"Barton; what's going on?" Steve said following his friend; Clint turned to him and he could see the rage burning in his blue eyes,

"I'm about to murder someone?" He said before trying the door handle, "Fuck it's locked." He yelled,

"JARVIS override locks in the office and call the police" Stark requested before he and Nat came up behind Clint. Steve watched as his friend slammed through the door as he yelled blue murder,

"You filthy, disgusting prick...I'm going to kill you."
