Y/N's POV:

"Thank you Y/N. I really appreciate it."

"Awww, it's no problem Jeon."  I flashed him a big smile before slipping out of his grasp.  "You should hurry up and take a shower before you catch a cold."  I gently pushed him into my bathroom and closed the door after he stepped inside.

When I heard the sound of water splashing, I exited my room to go make dinner.

"Hmmm, what would Jungkook like eating?"  I was going to make something, but it was already late.  The thought of having to wash a pile of dishes also scared me, so I order pizza.  I was certain Jungkook liked pizza anyway, and if I had made something, it definitely wouldn't have been as good.

"Hello, this is _______, may I take your order?"

"Oh, um, yeah, can I please have one large pepperoni pizza please?  With all the toppings on top?"

"Yes you can, it'll be ready and delivered in around thirty minutes."

"Ahh, okay, thank you!"  I ended the call and plopped down onto the living room couch.  Jungkook was sad about something.  I was sure of it.  I doubted that he would actually tell me so I planned to make him feel better.

"Would he like a movie night?  Or a game night?"  I scratched my head and walked around, pondering about what I should do.

"He seems like an anime type of guy, should we watch an anime?"  I was walking into my room to grab my phone when I bumped into something.  I looked up to see it was Jungkook.

He had just finished showering, the water beads cascading down his face.  His hair was still slightly damp and his body was warm.

"S-sorry," I squeaked out.  I removed myself from his figure and scrambled towards my bed.

"It was nothing.  You're literally like a stick," he said chuckling.

"At least I'm not a muscle pig," I said rolling my eyes.  "Anyways, the pizza is going to be arriving like 25ish minutes now so let's decide on what we'll do until then."

Jungkook hopped onto my bed and snuggled up against me.  'Gosh darn it Jeon, stop making my heart flutter!'   I tried my best to make a distance between us but he just ended up leaning his head onto my shoulder.

"I-I'm going to bandage your arm now."  I quickly got off my bed to get the gauze.  When I returned, I sat in front of him and gently held his arm.

We sat in silence the whole time I was bandaging up his injury.  It wasn't an awkward silence, it was more peaceful than anything.  Suddenly, Jungkook broke the silence.

"Y-you aren't going to ask what happened?"

"Of course not Jungkook.  It's probably a personal matter, if you feel uncomfortable with telling me than don't tell me.  I'm not going to pressure you into telling me something that you don't want to share."

"I do want to share it with you.  I trust you Y/N."

Jungkook's POV:

Flashback~

I was in my room, talking on the phone with Ji Woo when I heard the house doors open.  'They're home.  My parents.'

"I'm sorry Ji Woo, but I got to go now.  Talk to you later."  I was sad to end the call, but if I didn't, she would've heard the argument that was going to occur.  This always happen.  Nothing ever changes.  My parents don't understand me, nor do they care enough to try.  All the care about is money, money, money.  Their reputation and pride is more important than their own son.

I wasn't a bad son.  Although my grades weren't outstanding, I still managed to pass each course.  I went out with my friends a lot because I need to have my own time too.  I don't want to become like my parents.  Money making machines.

"Get down here, now!"  It was my dad.  He was the CEO of a huge tech company.  People have known him to be proper, wealthy, and kind but no one knows what he's really like.

Rolling my eyes, I got out of my room and slowly trudged down the stairs.  My dad was furious.  His eyes were basically slits and his eyebrows were furrowed together.  There was a vein popping off his neck and his face was a light shade of red.

'What is it this time?'   I just sighed and presented myself in front of whom I call a father.

"What is the meaning of this?"  He shoved my report card to my face.  "Why are your grades so low?"

I huffed out a big puff of air and bit my bottom lip.  "It's only one C.  One C isn't the end of the world, dad.  Other people are failing even harder than me."

I could see my mother looking at me scared.  I just internally laughed.  She doesn't love me enough to stand up for me.  Every time like this she's always on the sidelines.  The type of person to use someone else as a shield in order to save themselves.

"Are you sure about that?  My friend's son has perfect grades!  He's studying in the medical field and he has never had a bad track record!  What about you, huh?"

"Well, I'm not your friend's so, am I?"  I was about to leave and go up to my room when I felt a slap against my face.  He slapped me.  My dad slapped me.  This wasn't anything new, but the stinging pain always took me by surprise.  I just chuckled and gave him a smirk.

"You disrespectful bastard!  Do you know how much that hurt my pride and reputation?  Do you?"  That's when I lost it.

"Pride, reputation, and money!  That's all you ever care about!  You don't care about your family!  You don't care about me!  I'm just one of your tools that you can brag about and throw away once you're done with it."  The tears were about to come streaming down my face, but I suppressed them to fight against the monster in front of me.

"Why you-"  My dad went on a wrecking havoc.  He kicked over tables and threw objects at me.

"Honey! Stop it!"  My mom tried grabbing his arm but he threw her off.

"This bastard is getting what he deserve.  He's a shame to our family.  A burden is the correct word for it.  I regret ever bringing him into the world."  My dad grabbed the nearest object and chucked it at me.

That object just happened to be a vase.  One of the pieces cut my right arm and let me tell you, it hurt like hell.  I hissed and I couldn't hold the tears back any longer.

"Well I didn't ask to be brought into this world did I?  I didn't ask for such bad parents or to be trapped in this cage people call family!"  I yelled out.  Tears rolled down my cheeks as my parents stood there horrified.

Clutching my arm, I ran past my parents and out the opened gates.  I didn't care where I was going, I just wanted to be away from those horrible people.  'I'll ask Y/N.  She'll let me stay with her.'

Fumbling with my phone, I dialed her number.  It wasn't long before she picked up.

"Hey, what's up Jeon?"
