Mundivagant means wandering over hills and mountains. So obviously this is gonna be some sort of Incredible Journey thing.
The word itself has a sort of fantastical ring to it. I think I once created an entire world simply for the story to take place in, but all I remember is that it was ringed with impassable mountains called Sawtooth Ridge, and it had a bunch of biomes in it. There was a rainforest one that was pretty near-deadly called Cloudburst and an underground city called Gemstone. There was a pit aptly named The Pit in Cloudburst somewhere, leading to Gemstone, and dead center in the circle of Sawtooth Ridge. It also had these soldier thingies just referred to as 'Them'.
I'm pretty sure I made a rule that all the biome names are two syllables, and there's one of every biome within Sawtooth Ridge. Beyond that is something that makes people not want to try and pass the mountains.
There's a woodland biome where elves live. No idea what that was called. There are many other sentient non-human species living within Sawtooth Ridge.
There is an animal called the Wooly Lousewort. I know nothing else about it, other than it exists and probably lives in Cloudburst or that biome with the elves.
As for the story, that's up to you.
