Some kid moves in next door to a creepy-looking old man. After several creepy interactions (kinda like the dude from Home Alone, I guess), the kid learns it's Mr. Winter and after some more digging around, they discover he's the cousin of Jack Frost, the painter who paints the frost on windows. Mr. Winter makes the blankets of snow that cover the ground suddenly in the morning.
No idea where it goes from there. But I feel like it would be pretty cool.
