Harry's p.o.v:

As the award show ended, Ed told both me and Taylor to stay. People left, and it felt like the end of time until Ed finally started talking.

"Ok. Both of you" Ed said, looking from Taylor to me. "Both have you have said to me you have been thinking about each other and-"

"ED!" Taylor shrieked, elbowing him in the shoulder.

"Argh! Taylor, that was... uncalled for. I'm doing you both a favour here." Ed continued. "So i'm going to leave you guys to it, i guess. Hopefully you'll get drunk enough to make out at one of the after parties." Ed then got up, patted me on the back and then walked out.

"He did not-" Taylor said, staring in shock and horror at the door that Ed had walked through just moments ago.

"Oh, he did alright." I said, unsure of what to make out of this. She then turned to me, and i was immediately taken aback by her beautiful golden locks of waves - i had my eye on one in particular - and her silky smooth skin, before i realised i was probably creeping her out.

"So..." She said. "Was Ed just making it up, or were you-"

"No." I said straight away, too soon. I could see the disappointment in her eyes, as she looked down at her feet. "No, Taylor. Ed wasn't making it up. I really - " I lost my train of thought when she looked back up at me, smiling nervously. She then got up, and sat in Ed's chair.

"Harry. I - " She cleared her throat. "I don't want to... screw this up."

"I know." I couldn't believe this was happening. "I've been thinking about you... more than i should. Oh! By the way I love all those songs on 1989 especially."

She giggled. "I had so much to say - and still do - but I didn't know how to say it. I.. Oh, Harry!" She grabbed my hand with both of hers and smiled widely.

"It's been a long six years... " I said. She looked at my guiltily. "I've really missed you."

"I've missed you more than you could possibly imagine." She said. "Do you.. um. Wanna get out of here?"

I could feel the creepy smile spread across my face. I grabbed her hand and lead her out the doorway.

"THANK YOU!" i yelled on our way out, to all the staff who were stuck behind cleaning. She patted the back, and then laughed. Oh, her laugh. I hadn't heard it in so long. And i wasn't referring to her evil cackle in This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things, i was referring to her warm, homely laugh. To that, nothing could compare.
