The very next day I was up and about ready to head back to work. I couldn't get Ross' words out of my head.

'You're my best friend. I'd do anything for you.' No matter how hard I tried to push my slowly evolving feeling away they kept growing at an alarming rate.

I shook my head and decided to focus on the task at hand. Getting breakfast.
"Hey, Laur," Vanessa chirped, skipping down the stairs.
"How are you feeling?," she asked, plopping into the chair next to mine. I sent her a reassuring smile.
"I'm feeling a lot better than I was yesterday."
"That's good. Riker's finally taking me on a date for the first time in a month," Vanessa changed the subject.
"It's been that long since you two went on a date?," I asked in disbelief. She nodded her head.
"He's been busy with the band and I've been busy with SAB."
"Well I hope you have fun, V but I got to run," I spoke to her as I grabbed my car keys from its place on the counter top.
"Okay I'll see you later," Vanessa waved as I walked out of the front door and headed to work.

I walked into set to see everyone in a panic. Before I could ask what's going on, Raini pulled me into a bone crushing hug.
"Laura! Thank god you're here! I need your help," Raini spoke.
"What is it?," I asked. Raini sighed.
"I lost my grandmother's ring and I can't find it anywhere!," Raini wailed. I put my hands on her shoulders and looked into her eyes.
"We're going to find it Raini. Where was the last place you remember seeing it?," I asked. She put a finger to her chin and thought.
"Calum's car!," She suddenly shouted.
"Let's go look there. Do you know where his keys are?," I asked. She nodded.
"I'll be right back," with that Raini left to go get Calum's keys. I decided to walk out to the parking lot to see if she dropped her ring anywhere there.

A couple of minutes later a shadow blocked my view of the ground below me. I looked up to meet the hazel eyes of the last person I wanted to think about.

Ross.
"What are you doing?," He asked, crouching down so he could meet my eyes.
"Raini can't find her ring," I answered, trying not to look him in his eyes.
"So you're looking on the parking lot floor?," He questioned.
"She said the last place she remembers having it is in Calum's car I was just checking the ground to see if she dropped it somewhere here," I explained to the dubious blonde. Before he could say anything else Raini reappeared with Calum's keys in her left hand.
"Ross! Thank god you're here!," Raini shouted and ran up to him to give him a hug. I laughed as Ross' face slowly turned blue.

He shot a glare my way when Raini released him.
"Could you search the trunk while Laura and I search in between the seats?," Raini asked Ross. He nodded and we walked over to Calum's car.

We searched ever inch of Calum's car and still couldn't find Raini's ring.
"This is hopeless. We're never going to find my ring," Raini sulked. Ross and I exchanged looks.

Before we could even attempt to comfort Raini, Calum ran towards us holding a small object in his hand.

Raini's ring.
"Raini! Look what I found!," He said holding out the ring in front of her.
"My ring!," Raini exclaimed and snatched the ring from Calum, carefully placing it on her right ring finger.
"Where was it?," I asked.
"By the snack table," Calum answered, completely mesmerized by the look of happiness on his girlfriend's face.
"What was it doing there?," Ross asked. Calum shrugged.
"Come on we should probably head back to set," I said. The four of us then made our way to the set doors.

We finally finished filming the first episode of season 2. We were all so exhausted.

The four of us were all laying down on the floor of sonic boom when Calum had an idea.
"You guys want to sleep over tonight?," He asked. We all nodded and drove to our separate homes to get what ever we needed for our sleepover at Calum's.
{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}
I knocked on the door, waiting for someone to let me in. Raini opened the door and flashed me a smile.

I smirked at her.
"So, you're already answering the door, huh?," I teased. She playfully shoved me as we walked over to see what the boys were doing.

Not to my surprise their eyes were glued to the TV and their fingers were hitting multiple buttons on their PS controllers.
"What game are you two playing this time?," I asked, taking a seat on the floor next to Ross.
"Call Of Duty Blacks Ops," Calum answered, his eyes never leaving the TV. Raini rolled her eyes at her boyfriend then turned to me.
"Want to help me bring the food into the living room?," She asked. Not seeing anything better to do I nodded.

We left the boys and walked into the kitchen.
"So...what's going on with you and Ross?," Raini asked, taking a handful of popcorn from its place in a glass bowl and shoving it into her mouth.
"What do you mean?," I asked, taking a seat across from her.
"You guys just seem off," She stated, popping more pieces of popcorn into her mouth.
"Off?," I questioned. She nodded.

I sighed and looked into her eyes.
"If I tell you, you have to promise me you'll never tell anyone. Not even Calum," I added. Raini nodded and leaned in closer to listen to what I was about to tell her.
"I think I may have started to develop feelings for Ross," I said and shoved some popcorn into my mouth. Raini's face took on a giddy look as she looked at me.
"About time!," She shouted. I shot her a look and turned my attention over to the boys.

They were still playing their game. I sighed and turned my attention back to Raini.
"Sorry," She mumbled.
"Let's just go watch a movie or something," I said and pulled Raini into the living room.
{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}
We had just finished watching The Hunger Games when Ross' phone rang. He stepped outside to take the call.
"What do you think that's all about?," Calum asked, looking at Raini and I. We both shrugged and all three of us waited patiently for Ross to return.

Ross came back into the room with a huge smile plastered on his face.
"What is it?," I asked.
"That was my agent. I got the role! I'm going to be Brady in the Teen Beach Movie!"
"That's amazing!," I screamed and ran to give him a hug. He smiled and hugged me back.

I don't know how long we stood there just hugging but I only let go when Raini tapped my shoulder.
"When do you start filming?," Calum asked.
"Three weeks," Ross answered.
"And before you ask I already talked to Kevin and Heath. Sorry guys but be prepared to stay late on set for the next couple of days," Ross spoke. We shot him playful glares before we decided to watch season one of Austin & Ally before falling asleep on the floor to the sound of the most iconic theme song ever.
