Narrator's POV

"And then, I got locked in the lab." Tony said, as he caressed Stephen's hair while they watched television.

Tony was sitting up on the couch while Stephen laid across the couch with his head on Tony's lap.

"Really?" Stephen asked.

"Yeah. Then Rhodey came back, and he didn't even know my birthday, which was the passcode." Tony said.

Stephen gasped. "No way." He said.

"Yes, and he's suppose to be my best friend." Tony said. "But you know what's even worse?"

"What?" Stephen asked.

"He offered to bring me a burger from McDonalds." Tony said.

"What? No." Stephen said in fake shock.

"Yes." Tony said. "How does someone even do that?"

"How dare he?" Stephen said.

"I know." Tony said. "But what about you? How did your trip go?"

"It went well. Wong finally figured out that we were going out." Stephen said.

"Really? I thought he would've figured it out earlier." Tony said.

"Me too." Stephen said, he looked a clock on the wall. "Wow, it's late." He said.

"I hadn't realized the time had gone by so fast." Tony said.

"Me either." Stephen said, sitting up.

"Being with you makes hours seem like seconds, and being without you makes seconds feel like hours." Tony said.

"Aww." Stephen kissed his cheek. "Well, now I'm here, and I'm here to stay."

"Good. You better not leave again." Tony said. "I felt like the only human on earth."

"Oh, it couldn't have been that bad." Stephen said.

"You know, if we were the last two people on earth; I'd love to repopulate with you." Tony said.

"Honey, we're both male."

"I don't care. I'd still like to repopulate with you." Tony said.

"Okay." Stephen smiled at him.

"Let's go to bed, sleepyhead." Tony punched him playfully in his torso.

"Ah...ow." Stephen groaned.

Tony raised a brow. "What was that?"

"Nothing!" Stephen answered.

"Stephen."

"It's nothing." Stephen said. "I'm just sore from fighting. That's all."

"Jarvis scan."

"Jarvis don't-"

Scan complete

"...scan." Stephen sighed.

"Results." Tony said.

Dr. Strange seems to have fractured one of his ribs on his left side

"What?" Tony said. "Let me see." He said, leaning closer to Stephen.

"Tony, it's nothing." Stephen said, trying to push him away. "Really, I'm fine."

"You promised you wouldn't come back harmed." Tony said.

"I know, I know." Stephen said. "Wong and I were just messing around, and it just kinda happen-"

"So you fractured a rib by messing around?" Tony asked.

"Well..." Stephen chuckled.

"Stephen Vincent Strange." Tony said. "I'M HOME ALONE BY MYSELF, WORRIED SICK ABOUT YOU AND WHAT KIND OF DANGERS YOU MAY FACE WHILE YOU'RE AWAY; AND YOU COME BACK TO TELL ME...

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry." Stephen said. "Just calm down."

"I will most certainly not calm down."

"Alrighty." Stephen said, walking into a room in the clinic with a clipboard in his hand. He noticed Daniel and Cheryl sitting down, waiting for him.

But one thing in Daniel has changed. His hair was all gone.

"Hey, bud." Stephen smiled. "I like your new look." He said.

"I didn't choose it." Daniel said, sniffling, holding onto Cheryl.

"Hey." Stephen crouched down to him. "What's wrong, Bud? Why're you crying?" Stephen asked.

Cheryl gently rubbed her little boy's back to comfort him.

"Because all my hair's gone." Daniel said. "All the other kids laugh and make fun of me." Daniel said in tears. "I'm a freak. They call me names." He said.

This broke Stephen's heart, he placed a hand on Daniel's knee.

"You know why they do that?" Stephen asked.

"Because all my hair's gone?" Daniel asked.

"No." Stephen said. "Because they don't understand." He said. "They don't understand that you're different, that you're special." He said.

"I'm not special." Daniel cried.

"Of course you are." Stephen said. "You're one in a million. Look at you. You know, you're very brave Daniel." He said. "Not every kid who has cancer is as brave and lucky as you. Some can't even go outside and face the daily challenges life brings to them and by pass them all like a super hero." Stephen said.

"Like Ironman?" Daniel sniffled.

Stephen smiled. "Like Ironman."

"But Ironman has a suit." Daniel said, sounding discouraged.

Stephen sighed. "You wanna see something weird?" He asked, setting the clipboard on the ground.

Daniel looked at him.

"Check these out." He said, extending his scarred and trembling hands.

Daniel looked. "What happened?"

"I got hid by a car when I was young because I didn't look both ways before cross the street like a dumb dumb. Bleh." Stephen said, crossing his eyes and sticking his tongue out.

Daniel laughed.

"See? We all have things that happen to us." Stephen said. "And those things make us unique. You're unique, Daniel. Special." Stephen said.

"You really think so?" Daniel asked.

Stephen stood up. "I know so." He smiled at Daniel and booped his nose.

Daniel smiled.

Cheryl looked up at him and smiled. "Thank you." She smiled.

Stephen returned her a smile.

"I got a lot done with the nanobots today." Tony said from Stephen's and his bedroom.

Stephen was in the bathroom, looking the mirror. "Oh really?" He opened a drawer below the sink, his eyes meeting a small gadget.

"Yeah. I build structures to put things up." Tony said. "I built a book shelf, a chair, a life size me..."

"Oh, uh-huh." Stephen said. He wasn't really listening. He was more focused on what he was about to do.

"And I just couldn't resist making a sculpture of my suit. Gosh, it was glorious."

Vrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

"Stephen?" Tony asked when he heard the buzzing in the bathroom. "Honey?" He asked, setting a shirt he had in his hands down and going over to the bathroom. "Stephen?" He asked, slowly opening the door. "Ah!" He gasped once he saw what Stephen had done. "What did you do?"

Tears formed in Tony's eyes as he inspected Stephen and the mess he'd made in the bathroom.

"Hah..." Tony fell backwards.
