CHLOE ALLEN'S LIFE had always been anything but LOVELY. The tragic story of the eldest Allen sibling hadstarted with her mother's murder. Then it continued with her dad — Henry Allen — who was being framed for said murder. Chloe tried to tell them that it wasn't her father. She had seen it happen. She knew the truth. They didn't believe her. They never did.
The two orphaned Allen's would later move in with Joe West and his daughter Iris; The older man had happened to have been on their mothers case. Chloe had soon began acting out, unlike her younger brother barry. She started fights, snuck out, thieved, broke into iron heights to visit her dad, vandalized property. . The list just seemed to go on and on.
Joe had tried to help the young redhead, she didn't want to listen to the older man. Though, later on she'd get better. She'd slowly heal from being slightlysuicidal. The depression and anxiety and boatload ptsd stayed. . . But they had lessened with the years.
