Harper slammed her phone down on the step she and Tom were eating on. Harper had made sure that Tom didn't feel obligated to pay for her. She also wanted to give him the "New York experience." So what did they do?
They bought hot dogs from the nearest stand and plopped down on the front steps of the Museum of Natural History.
"Did Seb piss you off?" Tom's voice brought Harper's focus back to their conversation.
"Yes, but technically Tom Thumb, it's your fault."
He stopped mid-bite of his hot dog.
"Mine? I difdent fo anyfing!" He said, waving his hands wildly while chewing.
