Whip of Protection

I was running as fast as I could trying to escape the twins but since they can use magic freely it was quite hard because they would appear when I manage to get away from them. I head towards a shed and close myself in, I started walking back into the shed when I bumped into someone. I squeaked and pointed my wand towards them, the lights in the room suddenly turned on and I saw an older man with red hair and came to the conclusion it was Mr. Weasley "i am so sorry! I didn't know it was you! I shouldn't have pulled my wand on you. See I was running from Fred and George trying to escape so I ended up in the shed then you were here and it scared me" I looked down "I'm sorry"

He chuckled "you must be Ms, Evans?" He asks and I nod "it's quite alright anyone would pull out their wand if they were scared. I'm also aware of how determined my boys are and your need to run away from them" I chuckled and so did he "You are welcome here anytime, there isn't much space but we call it home"

I smiled at him "Thank you sir, your home is beautiful and please call me Lilian" I tell him shaking his hand.

Just then the boys appeared "Yang! We got you you!" They exclaimed "you have to show us now"

I sighed "fiinnnee" and walked out of the shed waving a goodbye. They took me behind the house in a clearing and looked at me excitedly "ok so this spell creates a whip that comes out of the wands end, I created it with the intention of helping people although it does help with fending people off" I say taking out my wand I mumble "flagellum" and the whip started to appear and so did the black and green sparks. I looked towards the boys "see, the whip turns into the color of the person you want to protect" I swung the whip and wrapped it around Fred "it won't hurt someone when you wrap it around them" I let him go and he looked relieved I had to get payback for chasing me I thought "although when you make striking motions it will make a gash" I walked up to a tree and slashed the tree, it had a big cut where I hit it. "You boys want to learn it?" I asked they quickly nodded.

"flagellum" they both chanted out, waving their wands. I stopped them "when you say the spell you have to think about those you want to protect, it won't work if you think only of yourself or nothing at all" I say they nodded and seemed to understand. They both closed their eyes and said the spell, when they did, the whip appeared with reddish-orange sparks "open your eyes" I tell them, they did and seemed excited at that they saw.

"This is awesome Yang! Show us how to use it" I nodded and we spent the next two hours practicing.

"What are those?" I heard someone say behind us, we turn and look to see the trio, Neville and Ginny watching us slash trees. Our whips disappeared as they walked up to us.

"It's nothing important" I mumbled out. The twins smiled and summoned their whips again "what are you guys doing?" I asked they smirked grabbing my arm.

"We are making a speedy get away" they say aiming their whips at a tree branch by the house. "We'd love to stay and chat but Yang has to change out of our clothes and into her own" they rushed out before letting the whip carry them off by the house "this is brilliant! Imagine all the trouble we could have gotten out of if we knew this spell" they said laughing as we walked in the house.

I saw my luggage in the hallway and took out a black shirt and black jeans and went to quickly change into them. This was much more comfortable than the uniforms we had to wear, I combed my hair and met everyone down stairs. "Lilian sweetie would you like anything to drink?"

I shook my head "No thank you, Ms. Weasley"

"Please call me Molly, your father said he'd stop by to talk to you but that you have his permission to stay, he wants to check up on you considering you left classes early" I nodded sitting in the living room with Fred and George.

Neville sat next to us "I'd like to meet your father, I don't really know much about him" he says looking up at me.

"Trust me Nev, you've already met" I tell him giggling to myself remembering that he was scared of my dad and dressed him in old lady clothes.

"I have?" He asks and I nod "I wonder who it could be" he mumbled to himself.

Hermione suddenly pulled me up "Sorry boys urgent matters to attend" she says pulling me up stairs to Ginny's room. "Sorry if I overpacked for you, you had a lot of black shirts and it was overwhelming to choose one so I brought a lot. Emma and Ava helped a lot. But that's not what I called you for" she said almost breathless "look what I found" she squealed holding up a copy of the little mermaid and Belle movies.

I took them from her "No way! Where did you get these!" I exclaimed.

"You'll never believe it but they were in my room" she says "I forgot that I had brought them with me" she stood up walking around the room "the only thing is that there isn't a TV here so we'd have to improvise" she says stopping to look at me.

Just then Ginny opens the door and Fred, George and Neville fall in "I saw these three eavesdropping" she says looking down at them.

"Sorry?" They mumbled.

Ginny sees the DVD cases in my hands "what's that?" She asks and Hermione gives me a look that says we have to play it.
