Chapter 44 - Talking

You walked with Harry and Draco down to the lake. 

"Guys, Ginny said she would be walking with us also, have you see her?" Harry asked worriedly. 

"No, are you sure she's not down there already?" Draco asked. Harry shook his head. 

"No, I guess she could be there." Harry said. You wanted to tell Harry, but you couldn't. 

"(y/n)." You heard and  looked. It was moody, he was by the lake, but not getting on the lake.

"Good luck Harry, Moody and I have to stay back here, just in case someone go's wrong." You said. Harry looked scared but you gave a small laugh. 

"With the floating dock, Harry." You said. Harry sighed and smiled. 

"OK. Wish me luck." Harry said, you gave him a thumbs up and walked to Moody. 

"Potter will be fine." Moody said. You nodded.

"I know. I'm not worried." You said. Moody looked at you as you looked at the lake. You heard the canon and saw everyone jump in. 

"I know what you last name really is." Moody said. You frowned, looking at him. 

"Your real name is (y/n) riddle." Moody said. 

"H-How did you know that?" You asked. Moody smiled and looked at the calm lake. 

"I'm an auror and Dumbledore told me before I came to this school. I wanted you to help me to see if you were like your birth father. I'm glad to see your not." Moody said. You looked down and sighed.

"I wish I wasn't even that." You said. Moody looked at you. 

"I only just found out about it. It's still a shock to me. I'm glad he's gone though but if I even meant him again, I would tell him to go to hell." You said and after a few seconds of silenced, you started to giggle, then laugh. 

"Like that would even happen." You said. Moody smiled and nodded.

"Yes, he is gone for good." Moody said. You smiled and looked, seeing that everyone was coming back. You and Moody had been talking for an hour. You looked at Moody. 

"Go, I will walk back." He said and turned. You then ran to Harry and Draco, who both gave you a hug. 

"Harry got first place!" Draco said. Ginny was hugging Harry also. You smiled. 

"That's awesome!" You said but then you got a bad feeling. You looked back to here Moody was standing by you at the lake. 

"(y/n)? You OK?" Draco asked, taking your hand in his. You nodded, turning back and facing them. 

"Yeah, I just have a weird feeling." You said. Draco and Harry looked at each other, but didn't ask you anything more. Ginny started to talk with Harry but Draco was quiet with you, knowing you were thinking. 

'What was that feeling?' You asked yourself. Once you got back to the castle though, all the bad feelings were gone and you smiled at Draco, who leaned in and gave you a gentle kiss.
