Aria's P.O.V
I cuddled Amelia as thunder boomed outside, De was just taken to the emergency room and no one would update me on anything. Wally,Jared,Jason,Dick and Tim were all still gone without a trace and there was no one here that wasn't breaking down that could take place of leader to find them.
"What are we going to do?" Octavia wailed, throwing her face into a pillow.
"Well first of all someone needs to go visit De and check on her." Addyson commented, wiping a tear from her cheek.
"I'll go." Acacia stood up.
"Not a smart idea, after what happened with Bella and you and Dick, your the last person De is gonna want to see." Octavia added, turning her head from the pillow.
"I'll go, will one of you watch Amelia? I don't want her seeing all of that." I sniffled, leading Bella and handing Amelia over to Addyson.
"Be careful out there Ari, I don't wanna loose another sibling today." Addy smiled, squeezing my hand once before letting go.
I nodded and waved to the others before heading to my room to grab a hoodie and my Adidas shoes. I slipped my shoes on, threw a black hoodie on, fixed my braided hair and applied basic makeup. I snatched a rain jacket on the way out the door and started towards the hospital.
I always loved seeing you in that jacket.
My phone buzzed in my hand, I didn't stop walking as I pulled the screen up closer to see who texted.
What?
That black jacket, and those beautiful raven braids.
Blake...what the actual, how do you know this.
I see everything baby girl.
Don't call me that.
Awww don't play that game, your all alone and you need me.
I don't need you for anything.
I wasn't asking, you know I don't like being told no Aribell.
My heart started to race as I looked everywhere around me and sprinting to the hospital, mud splashed up on my leggings and water soaked my shoes and my foot met a puddle.
"Perfect!" I growled reaching the hospital.
I took off my rain jacket as I walked through the doors and up to the nurses desk, I could feel the judgement look I was receiving as all the nurses looked me over. My hair, shoes and leggings were drenched, mud was splattered on parts of my shoes as well as my leggings.
"Look lady, point me in the direction of De. She came in earlier in labor."
"I don't think you meet the clean part of our policy." She purses her lips together.
"Listen bitch, do not test me right now. Point me in the damn direction or I will make sure you never see the inside of this office again!" I snapped, slapping my hands on the counter.
"2nd floor, room 206."
"Thank you." I rolled my eyes, running up the stairs to the second floor and to De's door.
I busted the door open to see De holding a tiny blue blanket, she let out a giggle when she saw how I looked.
"Rough night?" She asked, raising a eyebrow.
"Don't even..Blake was stalking me or something on the way here. He knew what I was wearing, so I panicked and got mood on my adidas shoes and leggings!" I whined, plopping down the the chair next to her bed.
"What are you going to name him?
"I'm not yet, not till Dick gets back."
"De..What if h-"
"Aria, don't. They will be back, I just know it."
I sighed, about to tell her not to get her hopes up after them being gone so long but the phone started to ring.
"Pick it up." She urged.
I groaned pushing myself out of the chair and going to answer the phone.
"Don't groan at me, I'm the one that just pushed out a baby."De mocked.
"Room 206." I rolled my eyes, holding the phone to my ear.
"Uh yes, family call for Aria Grayson." The nurses on the other line said, I'll connect you now."
"Family call?" I asked aloud.
"Hey Aribell, I found you." Blake's voice filled my ear.
"No!" I screamed slamming the phone back onto the hook and running over to the windows and shutting the blinds.
"Who- Blake" De scowled, holding her baby tighter, "I don't want you going to school tomorrow Ari, not with me not being there now."
"I have to go, I have cheer practice. I've already missed a lot." I sighed, pulling my knees to my chest.
Alyssa's P.O.V.
I stood blindfolded beside the girl named Terra, she told me which direction to use my power and got mad when I messed up, I didn't have it under control yet but I was trying. Only I felt something weird, it was like I had a connection to someone in the room as me, like a strong connection I just couldn't figure it out.
"Alyssa. Pain".
I took a deep breath and concentrated hard as the screams of whomever I was hurting filled my ears, I kept the pain going until Terra told me to stop. Sometimes they would feel like their whole body was breaking and sometimes they felt like it was burning. I couldn't control that yet either, which frustrated Terra.
"Stop! You don't have to do this!" A voice called behind me, he sounded scared for someone, like he needed to check on them.
"Let them go and keep me, they all have families to get back to, I'm the one you wanted." Another voice groaned.
"How generous, but you all hold something special to us, and we need each and every one of you."
