Octavia's P.O.V
I couldn't believe what I was being told, my body shook as tears fled down my face. My best friends had been shot just a few doors down from me. I snatched away from Jason and darted down towards Addyson's room. I gasped and fell to the floor seeing all three of them motionless on the floor, blood was every where. Tim was laying over Addy sobbing, Dick had lost all color to him as both his sisters and girlfriend were shot on the same day his parents died. Wally was squeezing Aria's hand and brushing her hair back, he was begging her to wake up under his breath. I pushed myself up from the door way and quickly made my way to my brothers side, I pulled him into a tight hug.
"Tim? Wha-Everything is going to be ok." I whimpered, hugging my brother tighter.
"I should have been here O! We just left to check the area and boom! He strikes. She was pregnant with my baby Octavia." He sobbed, gripping my arm.
I couldn't find anymore words to say, but Tim quickly came to realization that I was in the murder scene and quickly pushed me away.
"You need to get out of this room, there's blood everywhere and he may still be put there!"
"I'm not leaving my best friends or my brother!" Before I could even think of another comeback towards my brother I felt arms wrap around me and start to pull me back," No! No! Let go!" I cried and fought against his hold as he started to carry me out of the room, I kept screaming and trying to get away as hard as I could but I knew who was holding me and there was no way he was going to let me go.
"Timmy! Addy! Aria! De!" I sobbed, "They need me!" I kept fighting against his embrace, my legs kicked underneath me, but all had nu luck as I got carried down the hallway.
Acacia's P.O.V
I held the kids tightly as my sister screamed down the hall, I glanced up at Jared who just shook his head softly. He could tell I wanted to go check on everyone, Addy was dating my brother and Dick had been a ex but everyone he cared about were just shot in the hideout. Once of which was was dead, knowing Aria and De would be ok eventually calmed him I'm sure, but they weren't awake yet and one could only imagine how they would take this event when they did wake up.
"Just let me go check on my brother." I sighed, letting this kids go play together.
"Acacia, it's not safe." Jared protested, shooting me a look.
"I won't be long I promise, but that's my brother in there and Octavia isn't helping herself either."
I walked out of the room and towards Addy's room, Jason was trying to calm my sister down from being pulled from the room but this was something she didn't need stuck in her mind. I peaked around the corner and immediately rushed over to Tim.
"Tim.." my voice cracked as I kneeled down beside him.
"Save the everything is going to be ok speech, Octavia was already in here." He sniffled, resting his head on Addyson's.
I glanced over at Dick who had De's hand in his as his eyes went from Addy to Aria to De and then back again. His parents died on this very same day, and now all of this. I could only imagine how Aria was going to respond when she woke up. She was just like her brother in many ways, the idea of what she may do made my heart shatter.
Aria's P.O.V
I groaned as my eyes slowly started to lift up, I could hear machines beeping and it kind of hurt to breathe a little. I got my eyes to open fully to see I was in the infirmary, my bed was beside De's. I looked around the room to see where Addy was but I couldn't find her. Maybe she hadn't of gotten shot, or maybe her injuries weren't as bad. I started to pull my IV and monitors off as the door opened and Wally ran up, Dick following through the door.
"Aria! Oh thank god!" Wally sobbed, kissing my forehead.
"Where....Where's Addy?" I asked, looking between Wally and Dick's faces.
"Aria, you have been out for about a day now..and um...Well, when you all got shot. Addy was hit twice." Wally sighed, pulling me into his arms.
"B..but she's ok? Right?" I could feel tears filling my eyes as my voice cracked.
I could see Dick was really pale, his eyes had dark rings around them and they were bloodshot red. I could feel my heart racing as I put the pieces together in my head.
"Aria...Addy didn't make it." Wally swallowed hard, pushing his lips against my forehead.
"N..no! Your lying!" I cried, pulling everything off and darting for the door.
I don't know how I managed to get out of the door, I don't know if it was adrenaline or just my body saying this is bullshit. I groaned as I fell against Addyson's bedroom door. I could feel my whole world turn upside down as the door opened to reveal the blood stained bedroom floor, and the broken window. I crawled over to the stains and traced my fingers over the first one. De. My mind flashed back to everything that happened that night, my body starting to shake as I sobbed into the floor. The adrenaline had worn off and I was starting to feel it, but I couldn't leave.
"Aria! What the hell!" Wally yelped, running to my side," You really shouldn't be in here!"
"She was my twin...I was in this room with her! I should have switched rooms or us stayed in the living room!" I sobbed, bagging my hands onto the floor.
"Aria, baby stop! There was nothing you could have done." He sniffled, pulling me into his arms, "There's nothing, but you need rest."
I sobbed into Wally's chest as he carried me back to to the infirmary, he placed me back on the bed as De's voice filled my ears.
"De!" I wailed, struggling against Wally.
"Hey, hey! Shhh! Calm down, she's right here." Wally reassured, brushing my hair back.
Lexie's P.O.V
I walked into the hideout with a skinny blonde girl, she led me down to this room downstairs that you could hear crying coming from all the way down the hall. We walked in and my eyes fell on the two girls in hospital beds both being held by two men.
"Riley now isn't- who is that?" The dark haired one asked.
"My name is Lexie, I uh...I was sent here after I had a accident with my powers. I've been hiding them my whole life and they finally got the best of me." I swallowed hard, and stayed behind Riley.
I could sense someone had been lost, all the crying and dark rimmed eyes. The silence of the place was a little creepy, but my house had been the same when my brother passed away a few years ago.
"Tell the others to meet upstairs, I'll be there to talk to her more and have the others meet her in a second." The dark haired one said, taking the girl beside him by the hand.
I did a double glance at the girl by the dark haired guy. She looked rather familiar, but I shook the thought out of my head and followed Riley to another room where we waited for more people and the leader.
