Aria's P.O.V
I sighed after clicking the end call button on my cell, Chelsea was not going to let me just not attend State. No matter how many times I told her anything, as I pushed my hair out of my eyes and slid my phone back into my pocket only to see Wally giving me a concerned look.
"Aria, you're pregnant.." He began, taking my hand in his.
"Babe, I know. But Chelsea is making me go. I'll just have to be really careful."
"Ari. You are as clumsy as they get, well besides De but still." Wally sighed, cupping my face in his hands.
"Leave De alone." I let out a soft giggle before pressing my lips into his. maybe this would distract him.
"Aria. Mich-" Wally started, but his hands fell to my hips as I wrapped my arms around his neck.
I would be fine. I would just make sure I wasn't in charge of any major stunts and I would bring Wally with me or stow him away in my suitcase to sneak him onto the plane.
"Aria. I love you, but you know that kissing me isn't stopping me from trying to change your mind." He smirked, his emerald eyes looking into mine.
"Well I tried, and I wish I could take you and our little angel with me." I sighed, pulling away and heading to the bedroom to start packing a few things up.
"Well, you could always tell her to shove it and just not go."
"Wallykins...It's just for a few days, and I'm already going to miss you like crazy don't make it harder." I whined, turning to face him and kiss his cheek.
Octavia's P.O.V
I ran through the darkness, snow crunched underneath my feet as more smoke filled the sky. I could feel my heart about to beat out of my chest as flames burned in front of my eyes, pieces of wood everywhere like some sort of explosion had happened. I shook my head and started to walk through the remains of this semi-burning building, my breath was like a cloud of dust in front of me every time I breathed.
"Surely this was some kind of accident? Nothing that was made to happen.." I mumbled to my self, my feet starting to freeze from the snow.
I was about to turn around when a piece of something familiar and black caught my eye, I started towards it and bent down just enough to pick it up. Tears filled my eyes immediately as I squeezed the broken mask of Jason in my hands.
"Wha-How...No this isn't...It can't be.." I sniffled, darting back into the darkness. Back to Aria and Deanne.
I couldn't keep my mind straight everything was so blurry and I felt like I had been running forever as i busted through the doors to find Batman standing with Aria, her brother, and De. I couldn't find words to say as my breathing was still trying to catch up to how far and fast I had run.
"Octavia? Are you ok?" Aria asked, taking a step towards me but stopped when Batman placed his arm in front of her.
"Octa-"
"Where is he? Where's Jason? He was supposed to be back with you and..and I find this?" I gulped, holding his broken mask out.
"Octavia. I got there as fast as I could, there was nothing I could do." Batman sighed, dropping his arm that blocked Aria.
"Nothing? What do you mean nothing? He's not..No-No!" I yelled, storming off towards where Jason slept.
I threw the door open to find nothing but emptiness and darkness, it was just as he had left it earlier that day. There was no way this was happening. Jason couldn't be. Gone.
"Octavia.." A voice filled the room, I shivered as the room grew ice cold.
"Wha-Whose there?" I sniffled, still clinging to the destroyed mask.
"Oh Octavia...You know who it is." The voice grew louder as the room around me got darker and felt as if it were shrinking.
"What the.."
I jumped as laughter filled the room surrounding me as my eyes started to only see darkness. The laughter grew louder and louder until all of a sudden it grew silent.
"Lights....Out..."
I turned my head to see the Joker grinning in my face before I was snapped back to a familiar voice only to see Jason with a gun pointed at me.
"Jase..It's me." I whined, not able to move.
"Goodnight O." Jason grinned before a blast sounded.
I screamed as I jumped awake only to see my room but it was dark, I flew out from underneath the covers. My body was hot and my face was soaked from sweat and tears. I panted as I tried to recollect my self, but jumped again as arms folded around me.
Lexie's P.O.V.
I paged Nightwing against Acacia's orders, maybe she was so stuck up because Jared had yet to propose to her. It was like she and Octavia were in a race with each other after Aria and Wally got engaged, that or she just really didn't like me. I sighed, no one ever really liked me so I don't know why I'm so shocked she doesn't. I glanced over at Tim as he was in a protective stance beside me and behind Riley who was semi-standing behind SuperBoy.
"We should really call for help Acacia." Riley murmured, her body shivering against SuperBoy.
"I'm so sick of you and Lexie being such whiney bitches! Get over yourselves, you both not doing your jobs is what landed us here! Lexie, you don't even belong on this team anyway, and Riley go back to being a cop." Acacia snapped, sending a lightning bolt right past my arm, "Your brother would be ashamed of you Lexie."
"Leave Ryan out of this!" I yelled, my body starting to shake as tears filled my eyes.
I could feel my body starting to go into my powers as tears streamed down my face, I didn't want to risk anyone getting hurt so I ran as fast as I could in the other direction as my hands grew ice cold and snow started to fall from the sky.
Great...
I screamed as something darted in front of my causing me to shoot out an ice shard from my hand before I kept running.
Everyone hated me, I don't know why I pushed everyone away from me Ryan was the only person I had my whole life that never once hated me and he was gone. I didn't want to interfere with De and how happy she was now..
I wiped tears from my eyes as something grabbed me from behind, I let out a loud scream before a hand went over my mouth and I was pulled into the darkness.
