Bar Night -Colby Brock

"Ugh" you say bored out of your mind.. it's Friday night and your shift at the hospital just ended you get in you car. At your apartment you decide to watch some marvel movies to distract yourself a bit. You end up choosing Avengers: Infinity War. You got a bit bored and decided to check up on Your friend Y/F/N.
"Hey girl, wyd?.. I'm bored out of my mind and don't know what to do"
"Well actually I'm getting ready to go to the bar tonight, I'm going alone.. I'll pick you up in an hour"
"Sounds like a plan.. lmk when you get here"
"See you soon"
You shut your phone off and began to choose an outfit you go with a pair of blue jeans, red long sleeve crop top, and put black high heels on. You grab your make up bag and do your makeup, you decide to go for a natural look, a bit of concealer, some gloss, oh and you can't forget your eyebrows, important part of the look.

*ring*
You hear your phone go off... a text from Y/F/N
"Do you need me to come in and help you?"
"Are you here yet?"
"I'm outside in my car"
You look outside and see her car parked outside, you wave at her to let her know you're at the door.
"Come on in, i just need to do my hair real quick."
You put your hair in a low bun and pull a couple strands out.
"Ready." You yell out at y/f/n. She was in the living room waiting for you.
"No way, you look super cute!! You're totally gonna get laid tonight" she said looking at you
"Well I'm actually not trying to get laid.. I'm tryna get drunk with you.. did you invite anyone else?" You asked her
"Yeah, Brennen, Colby, Kat, Sam, Devyn and Corey."
"You're kidding right?" You asked shocked
"What?, no I'm being serious. Why what's wrong?... ohhh nvm." She gave you a smirk
You have a really big crush on Colby but you've never told him because you think he doesn't feel the same way about you.
You grab your snake skin bag, keys, and phone and head out with y/f/n.
"So are you gonna talk to Colby?" She laughed a bit
You blushed and said "... uhh- idk he's probably gonna take a girl with him to the bar"

-arriving at the bar-
"I've never been here is this new?" You asked
"Yeah, it just opened"
You get in and see Brennen and Colby already there.
You pull y/f/n to the side "I told you he'd be here with another girl. You know what I'll be at the bar if you need me."
"Y/n you'll be fine just man up and sit beside him... conversate with him"
You just ignore her and head to the bar.
"Two shots of vodka please" you drink the shots and just sit there contemplating you love life.."

*Brennens POV*
"Hey, what's wrong with y/n?" Brennen asks y/f/n
"She's in love with Colby.. but she thinks he doesn't feel the same way.. but you didn't hear it from me"
I walked up to y/n. You hear her say
"Two shots of vodka please"
"Hey, y/n what's up.. you ok?"
"Yeah I'm fine" she says and takes her second shot and looks at Colby... he gets a glimpse at you looking at Colby... "I have a proposition, come here"

*your pov*
"Hey, y/n what's up.. you ok?" I hear a voice from behind me
"Hey, Brennen, Yeah Im fine" you say while taking you're other shot of vodka
You look at Colby, (he looks very happy with that girl) you say to yourself. Brennen caught you look at Colby "I have a proposition, come here" he says taking your hand.

"Come dance with me.. will make him jealous" he says
"Is it working?" You asked. "Shit.. no it's not. I didn't want to do this but step two.." he says "w-what's step tw-" you got cut off by Brennens lips on you. "Umm- well did it work?" You say as you see all of your friends looking at you... you see Colby getting up and walking away from the table and heading towards the bathroom.. "hey, do you mind if I go to the restroom" you ask in an awkward way, you had no idea there was a 'step two' in the proposition.

You walked in the bathroom to fix yourself up. As you walked out you bumped into someone and leaned on the wall.. "oh.. umm, hey Colby" you say as he's leaning up on you.
"Hey, y/n.. how's your night going?" He asks with tears forming up in his eyes
"Wow... Colby are you okay? You have tears in your eyes" you ask as he gets off of you.
"Umm, what? No, yeah I'm fine... hey you should probably get going I think Brennens waiting for you" he says while wiping the tears away.
"Hey, we need to have a serious conversation... do you mind if we talk right now? We can leave... I'm not really fond of being at a bar rn" you say
" are you sure you want to leave? I mean I saw you hanging out with Brennen... I don't want to get you untrouble for leaving him alone."
You respond "I think he's fine.. let's just let them know we're leaving first"

You say good bye to your friends and head out with Colby. "So what do you want to talk to me about?" He asks. Well you know how I got here with y/f/n, and as soon as I got here I just went straight to the bar?" You say "yeah, I thought that was pretty weird you always greet first" he says "yeah, well.. I went to the bar because I couldn't bare seeing you with some other girl" you say, "and Brennen came up to me to ask me if I was ok. Because he saw me alone and then I told him about being jealous... and he took my by the hand and told me to dance with him to see what your reaction would've been... Colby I've liked you for such a long time I just never said anything because I was afraid you wouldn't like me, and I still am..."

* Colby's pov *
"Y/n- I, I need to explain myself.." I say
"Talk to me.. that's why i asked if we could talk" she says.
"Well.. ok, so you know how brennen and I got there early right? And there was a girl there?" I looked at her eyes while saying that.
"Yeah"
"She randomly came up to me and started talking to me... I had no intentions to make her feel a type of way towards me but she wouldn't  leave us alone... and then you got here with y/f and honestly seeing you Dressed up so beautiful made me fall in love with you even more then I already am"  I said while taking her hands.

*your pov*
(He took my hands) you said to yourself. You honestly didn't know what to say... Colby Brock, the guy you've had a crush on for the longest time ever just said he's in love with you. "Colby I-" you were cut off by his lips.. you didn't pull away. You kissed him back, you've always dreamed of the day you and Colby were together.

Through out mid kiss... your friends came out and spotted you two kissing outside of the bar. You heard a "go Colby!! He finally got the girl" coming from Corey. You both look at each other and laugh it off. He puts his arm around you and kisses your cheek. You look over at Brennen and y/f/n and wink at them. You were so thankful of Brennens proposition.. you were forever in debt to him.
