Zach's pov

Have you ever made a mistake so bad that it cost people their lives?
Or their sanity?

Cause I'm almost positive that I made that mistake.

Scratch that I am positive.

I sat on my bed and just stared at the walls.

Ally was out there somewhere , whether she was dead or alive I don't know, but still out there.

I tapped my foot on the floor.
" Stupid, stupid, stupid. " I repeated to myself.

I exploded, I didn't realize I was talking until it all just came out.

I laid on my bed and closed my eyes.
Me and Ally seem to always get in fights whenever we finally start to become friends again. That's why we stopped being friends in the first place, we just couldn't stand each other anymore.

I sighed. It was the morning of the sixth day she had been missing.

We had looked all over the place. We tried so hard to convince Lila to let us go further but she wouldn't.

I trust Lila and all but sometimes I just think she doesn't make the best decisions.

Then again neither do I.

I finally got up and made my way to the center. After the fight I've noticed people have been quiet around me.

They've given me more stares, like they expect me to blow up at any second.

Axel walked up to me " Jordan wants to see us. "
I laughed bitterly " Finally decided to kill me I see. "

Axel smiled slightly " If he doesn't I certainly will. "

I tensed slightly

" I'm kidding. "

I nodded " Oh. That's good to know. "

As I entered Jordan's room the first thing that caught my eye was his leg. It still was set that good and you could see the unnatural bend to it.

The next thing I noticed was that he was staring straight at me and did not look happy.

I nodded sup and backed up to the wall furthest from him.

" I want you and Axel to go to the other society. "

I looked at him in shock.
" What? "

" You, and Axel, are going to go to the other society and see if they're okay. "

I shook my head no " Sorry I can't. To busy here. "

Jordan's jaw clenched " I don't know what made you think that was a question. You and Axel will go to the others and see if they're okay. Besides you might run into someone you know there.An old friend maybe. Then, if they let you,they can come home with you. "

I instantly knew Jordan was talking about Allison. He was allowing me to go look for her.

I nodded. " You know, I'm not that useful here anyways. "

Two days later and we're on our way.

" I've never been out this far. "
Axel said.

" Neither have I. I honestly don't remember the last time I saw a zombie up close. "

" Well let's hope we don't see one today . "

We jinxed it.

" Ahhhhhhh! " I screamed like a baby as Axel swung at the zombie that popped outta nowhere.
