Everthing was in slow motion as what had we witness. And damn was it so gay for us
Joey slip trying to reach for the popcorn, Kale caught him just in time but damn this was so gay, is Joey even gay? He's gay and i swear to gawd will use my brother against him! Kale looked down at Joey "you ok?" Joey starts to nod rapidly as he blushed even harder. Joey stood up as he didnt meet Kale's eyes and he looked down. Playing with his fingers as he tries to speak
"Um.. thanks.. for catching me.. i guess" Joey said looking up as Kale rubbed the back of neck not looking at Joey's eyes this time
"Ahh.. ya, sure.. your welcome.. i guess" he said as they awkwardly looked away. They stayed silent as me and Link with abbie face palmed. Gawd this is the most awkward gay scene ever
Me with Abbie & Link sighed as we wispher yelled just kiss already to them hoping for any luck

"Um.. Kale" Joey called looking up as Kale looked over, looking down
"Yeah?" As he gave his attention to Joey as he faced him
"Do you-" before Joey could finish his sentence, the back door from the kitchen slam open making Gale to walk in, bumping Kale as he took Kale's made sandwich
"Oh hell dang! Food!" Gale took a bite as me and my friends gasp.
What we were witnessing was insane. Kale and Joey accidently kiss, since Gale accidently pushed Kale forward to Joey without noticing making there lips touch. Our mouths were open as he look at the scene we were looking at Link took out his phone snapping a pic. While Gale was enjoying his food he raised a brow and slowly turn to see what was happening and gasped loudly "oh shit" he said covering his mouth
Kale pulled away instantly as Joey stayed there silent. Gale looked at what he just did. Still holding the sandwich while my friends and i were holding our laughs not to get out. I notice Bonny next to us looking at Link's phone as his eyes widen and also looked at Joey
"Shit! Sorry bro i didnt mean to make you.. um" before Gale could finish Joey stromed off leaving my house as we all stayed slient for a moment. We didnt move or dare speak but than all laughed loudly
"Send me the pic"i said as i lean towards Link, as he nods

Finally its Monday and as we enter the school, me and my friends were smiling as Joey, the noisy, fucked up, annoying boy was quiet and was hiding under his hoodie
"You know that was a soild kiss" Bonny said as he read his book while we all walked toward our lockers, we laughed as Joey groan
"I never thought you had your eyes on my brother! My little brother!" I said as i heard Joey groan as he tighten his hoodie over his head
"Yeah, and damnn that pic i took muwah!" Link said teasingly as he was now happy by the fact that he can finally annoy and make fun of Joey
Joey groan loud as he lift off his hoodie and turn to look at us, his face red, like beet red. As he looked at us, blushing and embarass
"I dont even like Kale Stevens Rifes!" Joey said as we shake our heads in disbelief
"Than im pregnant to Prince Aladdin's son!" Link comment
"And apparently im married to Robert Downey Jr!" Abbie state
"While im the Queen of England!" Bonny joked, we all laughed
"So im--" Joey cutted my sentence as he glared at us his face super red by now
"Ok, ok! I like Kale! So what" Joey said as we look at him like he's crazy
"So what?! Um you just freakin kissed your crush like DUDE!!" Abbie said as we all nod
As they talked about Joey's love life, i noticed Andy standing looking at me and making a signal to meet at the sheid, knowing bybthe fact that Hawk didnt ask for his morning kiss he must be killing again, and i wonder what this is all about now
"Let me guess, he's out killing again" i said as i enter the shed where Andy was busy checkibg his tablet, he looked at me and chuckle
"You might be surprised but no, its not killing today, apparently he's at a funeral" Andy said as he ready his tablet
"Funeral?" I asked as Andy nod, he showed me his tablet
"Do you remember this guy?" He asked as i nod
"Yeah. Howard.. Williams, right?" I asked as Andy nods in agreement
"Yes, Howard Williams, found dead two days ago at Sunnigin, at 4:37pm near Dominos, last saw was at a book store in Sunnigin before dying" my eye widen as Andy gave me this information. Howard, the dirty, drug dealing business man is found dead.. a man with millions and possiblly billions of money and connections is dead
"Whats the cause?" I asked, scared to have my theory answered
"A gun shot" Andy said clearly as my eyes widen, is this a connection.. what happend to Benterbin and Howard's death could this mean anything?
"Does this have any connection to the Benterbin case?" I asked as Andy turned with a shock ans scared expression. He didnt reply but i knew that it was "why are you telling me this, Andy?"
"Because he's worried. If one of the most protected untouched drug dealers dies.. do ya think Hawk wouldnt worry about your safety and the people you care about" when he putted that way, yeah i get it. Andy's right, a drug dealer was found dead "also, he's meeting to some people, mostly the heir to the crowan business, Jane Marble, Howard's cousin.. theyre thinking if the cause of Howard's death was one of there team"
I was worried and scared. I mean for years getting involved with Hawk, i was never this worried about much since he was commited to protect me and the people i love. All the connections he have aee big time, finding them dead with a running case about Benterbin.. this is going crazy
"Alder, this is serious, Hawk wouldnt be able to be back for a while, he told the school he has a family issue that needs fixing. While he's gone, i need you to be attentive to anything and everything. Call me and me only, about the little details you mighy notice ok. This is something that can kill you and those you were hopelessly trying to protect. Promise me, Alder" i nod in agreement. Its my fault to get involved with this stuff. Right now i need to be safe, and keep them safe. If i find any, i'll do everything
Andy thanked me as he walked me to the cafiteria cause apparently it was finally lunch, he walked his way towards his friens as i went to mine. I see that Joey's back to his stupid noisy self again. As i sat down with my food, Joey kept annoying Link
"Joey.. seriously cant you shut up! Argh!" Link said as he tried to eat his food without Joey disturbing him and his chawder
"But Link! They Benterbin police finally reveal the list of names of thee victims!!" Joey said, catching my attention as i took his phone
