Peter and I went to the top of the ship and there were Xandar ships all around us. I guess I didnt see what ships were around and assumed they were Sovereign or Kree.
"What is the Nova Corp shooting at us?" Peter questions.
"They were shooting at a some bandit who tried to steal from them. The ship went by us and the accidentally shot us. They are surrounding us because they want us to go after them. Oh you two can do whatever you two were about two. The others and I got this." Rocket says.
"We werent doing anything." Peter says.
"Yeah sure." Gamora says.
"I'll be in my room." I say.
I quickly got away and went into my room and I placed my head on my pillow and looked up. In a way Im actually glad that Peter and I were interrupted because even though I love him I just dont know if Im ready to do... That with him. I dont want to be rush it again.
"Jessy are you okay?" Peter asks.
"Yeah. Umm can I just be alone." I say.
"Did I do something?" He asks.
"No. Peter its not you its me and what we almost did." I say.
"I dont understand. Did you not want to do... Im very confused here." He says.
"I was rushed into having sex cause my ex well in a way pressured me. Then he goes and doesnt want to be with me and Im left heartbroken and then taken by aliens. So Im guess I was..." I say.
"Worried I would do the same. The fight last night didnt help I know. You are a wonderful woman and I want you to know that I love you and only you. We dont have to do anything until you are ready. We havent done it in our whole relationship. So if you arent ready until three years together then I understand." He says.
"Thank you Peter. I love you." I say.
I pulled him into my bed and just cuddled him until we had to go after that creep who tried to steal from Xandar.
"You dont get it. Someone is trying to send a message to space. This person has been trying for years and I have stopped all signals all these years. This is the first time I have ever been caught. If they get through the Sovereign or the Kree could try to destroy Earth." The man says.
"Yeah. Yeah. Tell it to your cell mates." Rocket says.
Drax grabbed the man and they locked him away. The man looked at me and he just looked terrified.
"You girl. You have to believe me. This could be bad for Earth and the Galaxy." The man says.
He reached his hand out and grabbed my arm and he just started shaking my arm.
"Hey man let her go. Just because your a nut or drunk or both doesnt mean you can grab her." Peter says helping me get my arm back.
"You have to listen. You have to listen." The man says over and over again.
Peter and I went to my room and he looked at my arm that was alittle red from when the man grabbed my arm.
"Are you okay? That man is crazy." Peter says.
"Im fine, but what he is." I say.
"What if he is what?" He asks.
"What if he's right Peter? What if someone is trying to get a message out here?" I question.
"Then Xandar will do whatever they can to stop it and if they fail then we will do it. We cant let Earth or the Galaxy get into trouble. Besides the man is hammered so Im sure he is just crazy." He says.
I went to the window in my room and looked out. I wonder who is trying to get a message out here. Maybe its my family... Yeah Right.
