"Te Yans! " Will called as the class is done for the day. "Are you alright? It looks like you're not feeling well these past few days. I'm really worried."

It's Thursday. Unlike the rest of school days, teachers don't give homeworks during this day to give students time to recollect and energize from the stressful week at school.

"Oh! I'm fine. I can manage myself." Yanna lied with a fake smile on her face.

"But....." Will continued. "You shouldn't force yourself trying to hide what you're feeling. I'm your friend. We can talk about it if you want."

"Really. It's nothing you'd be interested about. Besides it's very personal. I'll open up to you when I'm ready."

It was really hard lying to everyone. She don't want her friends to be affected of what she's going through and right now, her top priority is to finish highschool with the best memories with her classmates and not drama.

She don't want unnecessary distractions ruin her plans.

Ruby and Janice are about to leave the room when they saw Will and Yanna talking.

"Hey girl! What's the problem? Is Nathan bothering you again?" Ruby asked Yanna with concern.

"Let us know so we can slap him on his face and leave a handprint on that ugly cheeks of his." Janice exclaimed.

"Please. Please do that and take a picture." Yanna joked.

"We got your back girl. Just know that whatever it is your feeling, it will pass." Ruby reassured her.

"You can tell me anything, alright?" Will said.

"Yes. Just approach us." Janice said smiling.

After their little words of encouragements, Janice and Ruby waved goodbye. Will also left and Yanna went back to the room to get her things. Suddenly, she heard someone calling her name.

As she turned around to see who it was...

"Can we talk?"

She has a bad feeling about that.

That same afternoon, Harry and Warren are heading home without Nathan. The two express their concern for their friend.

"Dre'! I hope Nathan is okay. I'm not used going home without him." Warren said.

"Me too. But I'm wondering because the past few days, he's getting into a lot of crazy arguments with our classmates. It's hilarious." Harry said laughing.

"Yeah. Especially Yanna. They're always like that. Fighting about nonsense things. I get a feeling that they might have feelings for one another."

"Come on! You know who he likes right?"

"I think we should ask Nathan ourselves so we can be sure if he doesn't feel anything about Yanna." Warren suggested.

"That's a good idea. He told Chey straight away that he don't like her but he never said anything to Yanna." Harry said wondering.

"Let's make a bet? I bet he likes Yanna too. I feel something's up."

"Don't fool yourself. Those two will never fit each other, no matter what happens. They both hate each other's guts." Harry said matter-of-fact.

"Well you know what they say, the more you hate, the more you love." Warren said with a grin.

Back at the school.

"Do you like him?" Chey confronted Yanna.

"What? Who?" Yanna asked surprised.

"Nathan."

"Why would you ask that?" Yanna asked.

"You two are always fighting and spending time with each other. Maybe you're the girl he's talking about in his posts!" Chey said angrily.

"No way! That's not me. Besides, you told me about this guy that you like but never told me his name. Little did I know, of all people in the room, it has to be him!"

Chey didn't utter a word.

Yanna is confused. Now they're fighting for a guy? But how come? She doesn't even have feelings for him. And Chey never told her that he is her crush. So why is she acting like that?

"Just making sure you're not the girl he's talking about in his post."

Yanna is speechless. She doesn't want to risk their friendship with this kind of conflict. It's not enough to ruin their strong relationship.

Friendship built through the years ruined just because of some guy's cryptic posts.
