This morning, Yanna woke up very late because she forgot to set the alarm clock. She rushed to the bathroom, took a quick bath then ran to her room. Her things are always organized so she don't have to worry if there is anything that will be missing.

She ran to the door but slipped. She immediately got up but her back aches.

"I cannot be absent today. I will lose a very important lesson." She told herself.

But whatever she do, she can't manage to walk upright because of the pain.

Walking abnormally, she made it to school.

"15mins late. Just great!"

When people asked her what's wrong, she shrugged and said she's fine.

During lunch break, Rams seems to notice there is something really wrong so she asked Yanna about it.

"I know there is something wrong." Rams said. "Like I said before, you can't keep hiding."

But Yanna just smiled. And walked past her.

"That is not a real smile. It is fake. I may not know the whole you but we've been classmates since kindergarten. Of all the students here, we are the ones who should have each other's backs."

"I know. Thank you Rams really. But I must solve it on my own." Yanna said apologetically.

Rams left Yanna so she could have space to think. She understand that there are some things people prefer to keep in private.

The rest of the class are at the cafeteria eating their lunch and Yanna was left alone in the room.

A minute later, Harry and his girlfriend arrived together while Warren is outside opening his locker. Nathan also arrived, placed his bag at his chair.

He spotted a potential prey and immediately walked towards Yanna to snatch her handkerchief.

With Yanna's famous woman instincts, she held the other side of the handkerchief so tight that he would not get away with his plan.

"You pervert!" she screamed.

"You lizard!" he shouted back.

"Green algae! Dirty worm!" she spat.

"Shadow in the dark!" he said back.

Their classmates arrived at the room one by one and found the two screaming with each other.

"You smell worse than 500 yr old egg!" Yanna spat.

"You are the tissue I wouldn't wipe on my dog's ass!" Nathan said laughing.

"Yiieee.... Sweet!" Trey shouted.

They all laughed. But that made both of them more annoyed. Yanna is so disgusted and Nathan looks like he's gonna throw up.

"Her? C'mmon!" he shouted. "My sister's dolls have more chances of having a boyfriend than her."

"Thick dark faced!" She shot back. "Single and you're probably gonna die a virgin!"

The crowd cheered even louder.

"Just kissed already!" someone shouted.

Both of them were really pissed off.

"Could you cut it off?" he said arrogantly.

"What's your problem? Why don't you cut it off?" Yanna said angrily.

"I won't unlesss....."

"Unless what?"

"You say yes!" he screamed.

"Yes to what?"

"To me!" Nathan looked away and let go of the handkerchief.

This time the crowd goes wild.

Yanna can barely hear her own thoughts due to the noise. She keeps on repeating his words in her mind like she has undergone a last song syndrome.

"Yes to him? Did he even ask me a question?" she thought to herself.

"So, you're courting Yanna? I knew it! " Warren teased him.

"Yeah. You two are perfect for each other." Harry said while clapping his hands.

"Hey Harry. About that bet..." Warren opened his palms to Harry. "Pay up! Told ya."

"It's not over yet. We need more confirmation!"

"What? Her? No way. Look at her funny face!" Nathan pointed at Yanna's unpaintable face. "Even though she's the last woman in the world, I will prefer to die single than be with her. That's how much I don't like her."

"That's too vile!" One of their classmates said.

Nathan shrugged and walked away. Yanna was left there, handkerchief in her hands, looking at his back walking away from her.

Here we go again.
