It's November.
The students lined up for the flag ceremony at the gym at the third floor. Since the campus' gym can accommodate a large number of students, attendance is a must. Late students will meet the guidance counselor if they are constantly not present during flag ceremonies.
The regular time of the Fourth Year Wellness starts at eight a.m. Some of them think it's too early that they couldn't attend and since it's Monday, it's pop quiz day.
After the ceremony, all the students went back to their classrooms and the class began. As the teacher teach in front, Nathan sneaked behind Flora, one of Yanna's close friends.
He was very careful for her not to notice that he has someting planned in his naughty head.
He's got her handkerchief.
Then Nathan returned to his seat like nothing happened.
As the minute passed, their first subject is now over. Flora noticed that her white handkerchief is missing. So she started to ask her seatmates if they saw it.
Unfortunately, no one said yes.
"Oh no! Where is my handkie?" Flora asked frustrated.
"Maybe it is in your pocket." Priscilla said.
"No! I've already checked."
"Maybe you dropped it somewhere. Come, let's find it."
Then Flora and Priscilla looked at the halls and corridors but they haven't found the handkerchief.
"What should I do?"' Flora asked hysterically.
"It's alright. You can afford to buy one again right?" Priscilla told her. "Calm down."
"But it was a gift to me." Flora said almost crying.
As they headed back to their room, Flora accidentally bumped into Nathan. His pocket is full of coins and food. All those stuffs came out together with Flora's handkerchief.
"Hey! You stole my handkie!" Flora shouted.
"How dare you?" Nathan innocently said. "Are you sure that's yours? I know it's mine."
Flora smiled, picked up her handkie and tried to slap Nathan in a friendly way. But Nathan got away.
Before he could say something, Flora turned around and walked away.
"Ouch dre'. She didn't even talk to you." Harry teased him. "Awful."
"You're a waste of time daw kasi." Warren said making a sad puppy face.
"Shut up. Maybe she's in a bad mood." Nathan defended.
"Yeah. You're the reason why. You stole and hide her handkerchief, so what are you expecting?" Harry asked him.
"He's got a point. If I were her, I will get mad too." Warren agreed.
"Whatever, come on! Let's go to canteen and buy me some snacks."
"Wow dre'! It's our lucky day! Nathan will treat us snacks." Warren giving Harry a high five.
"Sure. She bumped into me, remember?" Nathan said with a big grin.

"Yans... you're blooming. Who's the lucky guy?" Ruby winked at Yanna.
"What? Wait. There is something I want to show you." Yanna said excitedly.
"What is it?"
Yanna showed Ruby her diary where she pasted the piece of paper Nathan wrote.
"Oh my god! Did he really do this? What else did he say?" Ruby asked surprised.
Yanna wants to scream but that would get her a lot of attention so she squeezed Ruby's hands instead.
"He didn't say anything. After he wrote this he walked away. His specialty duh!" Yanna rolled her eyes.
"Yeah right. That's him. Lord of walk-outs!"
Ruby and Yanna laughed.
Yanna immediately put her diary in her bag. She's worried that someone else might see it and tell it to Chey.
The two were joined by Priscilla and Flora. The four of them laughed as Ruby tells them jokes. A little while later, Yanna noticed something. It was like, she was missing something.
The three noticed her agitation so Priscilla asked her.
"Why? What's wrong?"
"Where's my handkerchief?" Yanna asked loudly enough for the whole class to hear.
"Oh. It happened to me too just this morning." Flora said. Nothing else.
Priscilla and Ruby shared uneasy looks.
"Have you seen my handkie?" Yanna asked her classmates frustrated.
And just like what happened earlier to Flora, nobody knows.
The Three Triumvirate just got back from their trip to cafeteria. Yanna approached the three guys.
"Have you seen my yellow handkie?"
The three ignored her so she repeated her question. "Did you see my handkerchief?"
This time, she was more annoyed.
But nothing. So out of sheer desperation, she inspected their pockets.
In Harry's pocket, none.
In Warren's pocket, none.
But when it was Nathan's turn, she slowly put her hand inside his pocket and grabbed her handkerchief.
"My assumption was right." Yanna said. "I knew it was you!"
"How do you know?" Nathan asked.
"You're the only one who has an uncontrollable disease of hiding someone else's things." Yanna spat.
"So, you've been observing him the whole time?" Warren teased her.
"Ano siya chicks?!" Yanna defended.
"Who does he think he is?""So how do you know it was him?" Harry asked Yanna.
"I just know. Call it women's instincts." Yanna said as she flipped her hair and turned around.
"You what? Hala siya oh." Nathan said.
"Don't do this ever again. You might get in trouble for hiding someone's belongings."
"Concerned?" Nathan said making a funny face.
