China

"Cameron!" I shout from the bottom of the stairs. "Hurry up! We're gonna be late!" Cameron did this every single day, no matter the time of day. It's like he didn't have any sense of urgency.

"I'm coming!" he responds as he jogs down the stairs. "It takes time to look this good everyday."' He winks at me and I roll my eyes. He grabbed his car keys off the table and chuckled. I couldn't pick up the days vibes yet, but I hope it wasn't like yesterday. The last thing Cameron and I need to do is argue in-front of Booboo.

We have before though and like always Booboo got caught up in the mix, the both of us basically forcing him to choose sides. And like always, he would walk away awkward to go speak to Dove or Thomas. It was just us three at this meeting today though, so he had no where to run to if Cameron decided that he wants to act up.

The entire car ride to the studio was silent between him and I. He was into his playlist and I was into my phone. Quickly glancing over at him, I see him lighting a blunt while still trying to focus on the road.

"Are you serious right now?" I ask him. He looks at me quickly and nods. "In the busy streets of LA and before the meeting?" He nods at me again before speaking.

"One, this is LA, two, I can drive, three, I'm gonna need it, four, Booboo is probably high off his ass too." he says.

"Well you're not Booboo, Cameron." I respond. "And we're gonna smell of weed the whole day."

"That's what body spray and air freshener is for." he says, smirking at me. I sighed and rolled my eyes as he exhaled and the smoke filled the car. He turned the air on higher sensing my annoyance with the amount of smoke in the car. "You should try it sometime."

"I don't need an addiction." I say.

"So you think I have an addiction?" he asks.

"You smoke everyday Cameron. Sometimes three times a day. God knows how much when you're with Booboo. I don't think I've seen you without red eyes until last night." I say to him, cracking the window a little bit.

"I still don't have an addiction." he says.

"If you say so." I respond. Reaching our destination, I watched Cam as he put his blunt out and stuffed it in the glove box. Spraying himself with whatever body spray he had stored in the car.

Walking through the doors of the studio we were greeted by Booboo, who to our surprise, wasn't actually high.

"Damn Cameron." he says, laughing. "Wake and bake type of day huh?" Cameron, high off his ass, couldn't even say or do anything but laugh.

"How are you Boo?" I ask him, pulling him in for a hug.

"I'm doing alright, what about you?" he asks me back.

"Do I really need to say it?" I ask him back again. He laughs and nods, letting me go.

"Boooooboooooooooooooo!" Cameron shouts.

"Cammmmmmmy Caaaaaaaaam!" Booboo shouts back.

"Let's go out tonight after we bake bro." Cameron says to Boo.

"I'm totally down." he says. I sighed, sitting in one of the chairs, waiting for our manager to come out and speak to us. Cam has been going out a lot lately, leaving me to either be by myself or hang out with the girls, which I don't mind, but sometimes I wish I could just have him to myself for the day. I remember when it use to be just us, then of course with stress, he started smoking. Now, sometimes, it's all he does.

"Just don't come home on that bullshit." I say. Cam looked around the room like he didn't know that I was talking to him. "Yes, Cameron Mica Boyce, I'm speaking to you." He shrugged his shoulders at me, smiling.

"Alright bro." Boo says to Cameron, taking eyedrops out of his pockets. "You're gonna need these, you know what'll happen if our guy sees you high." I don't know which part of that was funny, but it made Cameron erupt into fits of laughter. "Alright China, I'm gonna need you to put these in his eyes while I hold his head back." I nodded, walking over to them and taking the eye drops.

Cameron started laughing even harder as Boo stood behind him and held his hand under his chin closer to his neck to tilt his head back.

"You know I'm ticklish!" Cam shouts. "Let me go!" He squirms in his grip. With that, Boo tightened his grip on Cameron's neck. "Okay sorry, damn." He stayed still long enough for me to apply the drops in both of his eyes before escaping out of Boo's grip and shoving him in the chest. "Asshole."

"We gotta protect our star." Boo says, smirking. Finally our manager walks out of his office, motioning for us to come in. Cameron, stumbling all the way across the room, walks smack into the wall, next to the door.

"Is he okay?" our manager asks.

"He's just fine." Boo responds. "Just tired." He grabs Cameron from the wall. "Come on buddy. This way." He holds on to Cam as he walks him inside of the room. This is going to be the longest 2 hours of our lives. I wish Cameron would make smarter choices for the important things. Pothead Booboo sure did.
