I climbed into bed, drunk as hell, with Dove, wrapping my arms around her. She turned over to face me, her face buried into my chest.

"Did you do anything?" she asked me.

"No." I quickly lied.

"Look at me Cameron." she said and I did, intending to stick with my lie. "Did you do anything?"

"No." I lied once again, kissing her on her forehead.

"I love you." she said to me.

"I love you too." I said back, before closing my eyes. She would have not been at all ecstatic to find out that I three way kissed some girls at the club. We both had to work tomorrow, our usual 11-3 at an ice-cream parlor. She pulled me in closer to her as we slept.

The following morning when we got up, I had the worse headache in the world. I didn't remember much from last night other than the fact that I kissed a girl that was not Dove and then I crawled into bed with her. There was no in-between. I yawned, scratching my chest as I walked into the kitchen. China and Sophie were already gone for the day, doing the grocery shopping for dinner tonight.

"Cam. Cam." Taj whispered as he walked up to me. "Do you remember anything from last night." He started chuckling.

"Barely." I said. "Tell me what happened." I kinda had an idea where this was about to go.

"You were so shit faced last night." he continued to whisper just incase Dove happened to be nearby. "You three-way kissed some girls at the club. You were dancing on a whole bunch of them. You were pretty wild my dude. And then to top it all off, you got into bed with Dove last night."

"Don't forget to tell him about the street sign he ran into." Thomas whispered, joining in on the laughter.

"Dove cannot find out about this." I say to all my boys. They nod in agreement.

"Bro code. Always." Booboo said, fist bumping me.

"Always." I said back. Shortly after that conversation, I made myself a bowl of cereal to get something in my stomach for the shift I was about to do. Shortly after, I brushed my teeth and styled my hair, waiting for Dove to come on so we could leave.

"You're so cute." Dove said to me as we were walking to work, holding hands.

"Not as cute as you." I said back, smiling at her. Sometimes I felt real guilty for the things I've done to this girl, but then a remember the small and petty little arguments we would have. Sometimes they were huge. We both ended up throwing stuff, hitting each other, but somehow at the end of the day, we always made our way back to each other.

Upon entering the parlor, I cracked open a bottle of water before taking my place around the counter. It was funny watching Dove trying to scoop up the ice cream. She never did it correctly no matter how many times our boss taught her.

"Here, let me help you." I said to Dove, standing behind her, showing her the scooping technique. "And then you want to just slight curve the scooper around the cup or cone like this." She nodded at, but I knew she wouldn't get it right again and it made me laugh inside. I handed the ice cream to the customer.

"You're so good to me." Dove said, giving me a hug.

"No YOU'RE so good to me." I said back.

"Like I don't think you realize how much I love you Cammy." she says back.

"I love you." I say back to her, the images from last night, that I remembered, rotating in my mind.

"Are you sure you didn't do anything last night?" she asked me again, taking my hat off and running her hands through my hair.

"Yes. I'm pretty positive. I was with the guys the whole night, never broke away from the circle." I say back, of course, not the truth.

"Hey! You two come here."  I said to the girls that were sitting on opposite sides of me. "You down for a little kiss."

"Hell yeah!" they both said at the same time. I grabbed the both of them, pulling them in close to me and before I knew it, I was making out with girls that weren't Dove and to be totally honest, it felt kinda great. If Dove wasn't in the house, I would of probably taken them home.

Dove and I's relationship was very rocky. Sometimes it got extremely bad, like two way abusive bad. She always crawled back to me though, which was nice. She held onto my arm as we walked back home.

"We should go on a romantic date one night." I mention to her since she was being quiet the entire walk.

"Oh yeah?" she questioned. "Where?"

"I don't know." I said, entering the house. "But as soon as I figure it out, I'll let you know."

"The man of the hour is here!" Booboo yelled as he saw Dove and I. "The woman of the hour is here!"

"You're fucking stupid bro." I said, laughing at Booboo. Dove sat down quietly at the table, snatching a few chips of the plate that Thomas made for himself.

"Hey!" he said. "Those were for me."

"And now they're for me." she said back to him, smiling.

"We're about to go to the gym bro." Taj began. "Do you really want something that heavy on your stomach?"

"I guess not." Thomas said, just giving his entire plate to Dove. "I'll remember this though Dove. Don't be surprised when my hands make their way into one of your plates."

"Are you coming Cam bro?" Taj asked me. I never passed up an opportunity to go to the gym with my bros.

"Of course I'm coming." I say. "Just let me get changed right quick." I kissed Dove on her forehead before running upstairs to change. Getting away from her for a while would be good. I really needed to talk to my boys anyway. Was I really that reckless when I got wasted? Why is that even a question I'm asking myself? Of course I am. I'm really into Dove, trust me, but I don't think I'm ready to settle down. Was I going to tell her that though? Of course not. It would break her and tensions in the house would be on a new all time high.
