It's been two weeks since Yourri and i started dating and I've still not been able to tell Rashid about it. It's not like i haven't tried, heck anytime I try to something comes up like the last time when Tori and March entered his room.

Another time it was my grandfather who called and asked me to accompany him to my old house to see it for the last before the renovation work starts. Seemingly, after Martina sold the house no one had bought it so he rebought it. If I had known that I'd have saved enough and bought it off. 

Like this time again. I am out running with Rashid as part of our usual early Saturday morning workout routine. Just when I am about to tell him about our relationship, someone calls and even though I am pissed with the fact that someone interrupted me, I find my anger against the caller evaporate into thin air as the caller ID comes into view. It's Yourri.

"Hey" I say upon answering, adjusting my airpods as I run, "did you just wake up?" I ask her when she yawns.

"Mmhmm" she yawns again, making me smile.

"Is there a reason for this call cos' I'm kinda busy at the moment, sorry I can't talk"

"Doing what exactly? "

"I'm out running with Rash" I simply answer.

"This early? " she yawns again even though I'm sure she's now fully awake. It was like half past seven in the morning, the last time I checked.

"The gorgeous body didn't just appear." I pause momentarily, my breathing getting heavy. "Anyways I would have invited you but I doubt that you'd be able to last for more than five minutes " I tease her.

"Are you insinuating that I'm out of shape?" She mock gasps dramatically and i roll my eyes.

"Maybe" I chuckle

"Ha! Cos' you're right, I get winded going up a flight of stairs sometimes." she sighs.

"Are you seriously that out of shape?"

"You have no idea. So I was wondering if you could come over later in the day to help me out with studying for my trig test."

"Sure no worries."

"You'll come?" She squeals out if excitement and it's very flattering taking the fact that I'm not even there yet.

"Yes yes, don't worry"

"Alright then, see you later"

"Later. " I say and she hungs up leaving me with a goofy smile and the usual fluttering inside my chest.

"Who was that?" Rash questions a few seconds later. I had no idea that he was paying attention to me, heck I even forgot he was with me.

"Yourri" I answer truthfully. I spare a glance at him only to find a sly smirk on his face. "What's up with you?" I ask.

"What do you mean?" He plays ignorant and i roll my eyes, his smirk still in place.

"You know what I mean, that look"

"What look?" He probes, his smirk grows into a grin, "So what, now you're able to hold a civil conservation with her, ehh" man you have no idea! I can not only talk to her but I can also kiss her.

"Well we're friends now so." As soon as those worlds leave my mouth I regret it, I feel like I'm betraying her by denying her. Hell! just man up and tell him.
