Open House

Bryce Loski's POV:
It was Thursday and I had to stay after school to clean Ms.Brown's classroom with Juli. I was so happy to clean with her! I mean I didn't want to clean but at least I would be doing it with Juli!

The school day went by in a jiffy and I and Juli walked together to Ms.Brown's room.

"So what's up with you and Jayce?"

"Oh um, nothing too bad. We're getting along really well and I'm supposed to go to his house for a little bit tomorrow"

When Juli said that, my jaw dropped. How could she do this to me! I can't believe it. I needed to do something big. Something to suppose her. Just like the Sycamore Tree! But what should I do?

Juli Baker's POV:
When we got to Ms.Brown's class, we seen that she was waiting there for us. She gave us both to-do lists and we start.

My to-do list said, 1. Move all the desks the side 2. Vacuum the floor. 3. Move all the desks back where they were. (There's a chart of where everyone was sitting so I didn't forget.) And 4.Tell Ms.Brown I'm done and I get dismissed. Didn't sound too hard.

I asked Bryce, "Is your chart different than mine?" He looked at mine and said," Nope ours is the same. Here we'll move the desk to the side."

"Oh, can I vacuum?", I asked him. I don't know why but I always loved vacuuming.

"Oh yeah sure. Then I'll be the one moving them back into place so we'll be even on chores."

Ok, let's get started. Me and Bryce we're talking about what we were going to do when all of us were gonna go out to the mall. The mall was pretty cool. It had arcades, lots of stores, and many places to eat. But it was small.

We finished cleaning and we told Ms. Brown as she dismissed us. I and Bryce rode our bikes home after that and as soon as we got home I told him, "Welp see you in about an hour." "Bye Juli!" "Bye Bryce."

Jayce Morales's POV:
When I got to the school my mom gave me money and told me I could go get something from the snack bar. I took my little brother with me and we both got hot chocolate. (I also bought one for Juli cause I know she loves hot chocolate.) I saw Juli walk in with her family.
I ran up to her and I said, "Hey Juli! I bought you hot chocolate." "Oh thank Jayce! That's so sweet of you!"
"No problem! What do you wanna do when you get to my house tomorrow?" We then started talking as we were walking to our classrooms.
Then Bryce came. God, I hated that guy. "What's up, guys!" "Hey, Bryce!",Juli told him while giving him a side hug.

"Oh um, Bryce can I talk to you for a second?"

"Um okay?",Bryce told me.

As I pulled him to the bathroom, I told him, "What's up with you and Juli?"

"Nothing why?"

"Ok well then do you mind if you back off a little?"

I seen the anger rise up in him as he told me, "Why? She's not your property. She's her own person. Let her choose with whoever she wants to be with a buddy!" He flipped me off and walked away and oh boy how mad I was with him! Next time I see him I'm gonna punch him directly in the face and see how he likes it!
