I'm Not Really Into That Stuff

Juli Baker's POV:
I walked into school half asleep. I couldn't sleep last night after Bryce gave me a little surprise. As I was walking, Dana and Marie walked up to me.

"Hey Juli!" Marie said. "You seem a little out of it, don't you think?"

"Sorry, I had a surprise visitor last night who kept me up."

"Huh? What do you mean a surprise visitor?" Dana asked.

"Story for another time?" I grinned.

"No way! You have to tell me right n-" Dana was cutoff by Marie.

"Look! The Prom is coming up!" Dana gasped.

"Oh my god! We are totally going together babe!"

"The Prom? I'll pass."

"Oh come on, Juli! This is it! This is where you can ask Bryce out!"

"Woah, slow your horses Dana. Bryce has a girlfriend. Besides, The Prom isn't my thing. I'm not really into that stuff."

Bryce Loski's POV:
The Prom? I'd only go to the Prom if Juli went to the Prom.

"Oh my god, baby! The Prom is coming up so we have to be the Number 1 Best Looking Couple there!" Welp, looks like I'm going now.

"Why don't you go by yourself? Besides, The prom isn't really my thing."

"Are you shitting me? We're going to the Prom whether you like it or not! And we're running for King and Queen!" I sighed.

Juli Baker's POV:
Dana kept pushing that we go to the Prom all day long! As we were walking home, Dana said "Don't you want to see Bryce in a suit?" I stopped in my tracks.

"That's it! You want to see Bryce in a suit!"

"No I don't! Besides, I've already seen him in a suit. Remember the basket boys auction."

"Oh please! He looked like a twerp in the suit! It was way too big on him. You would want that day to happen again though!"

"Why would I want that to happen again?"

Dana whispered in my ear, "Because that's when he tried kissing you!"

"Oh my god, Dana!" I face palmed. "You know what? Fine, I'll go, only if you quit bugging me about Bryce!"

"Oh goodie! We'll go dress-shopping tomorrow!"
