"Come on, girl! Let's go! You can do it!" You were flying with Nightshade as the others waited by the dome. Hiccup had already beaten it, but now it was your turn. The others had been a bit more expecting of Hiccup and Toothless beating the dome, but they were skeptical of anybody else being able to beat it.
You and Nightshade flawlessly raced through the trees. You emerged from the forest and saw the dome where the others were waiting. You leaned in more as Nightshade gave it everything she had. "We can make it, girl!" She roared in agreement as you both dove into the crevasse. She pulled up and used her legs to push off the wall and launch you both upward. She went upside down and she twisted to slip through the crack at max speed. You both shot out of the dome as it shut behind you. You cheered and Nightshade spun around happily. "That's my girl, Nightshade! WOOHOO!!"
Once she landed, panting from the effort, you slipped off of her and Hiccup instantly hugged you. You laughed and hugged back.
"That was incredible!" You blushed, but your excitement trumped the flustered feeling his compliment gave you.
"Thanks, Hiccup." Toothless rushed up to Nightshade after she had caught her breath and rubbed up against her as he bounded around her happily, congratulating his Armor Blade friend.
"That was impressive," Arrow admitted. Then, Snotlout stepped up.
"Alright, we're up." Hookfang sat tall behind him.
"Come on, nobody's able to beat the dome except Hiccup and now (Y/n)." Fishlegs pointed out.
"Nobody 'til now! If she can do it, so can we!"
"Guys, this was supposed to be a drill, do we have to turn it into a game?" Hiccup asked.
"Don't we always?" Arrow asked.
"Fair point." Hiccup admitted.
"'Twas once a drill, then it became a game, now it is theater!" Tuff announced.
"Let the drama unfold!" Ruff added.
"Whatever it is, it's my turn." Snotlout grumbled at the two as he headed off with Hookfang.
"I'll wager he loses an eye," Tuff said.
"Haha! On the contrary, I predict act one, scene one will conclude with the loss of a gallbladder." His sister contradicted.
"Or perhaps a leg, what say you, young Hiccup?" Tuff asked.
"Uhg." You chuckled and stayed next to him as you all waited for Snotlout to appear. Soon enough, you saw him come from the forest.
"He emerged from the forest!" Ruff called.
"And what of his gallbladder?" Tuff asked.
"Impossible to say."
"The tension continues to build," Tuff said, pressing the lever before slipping and falling off of it. "Ahh!" Snotlout came in on Hookfang as the dome kept closing. "And time runs out for our plucky little anti-hero."
"I love a ticking sundial, don't you?"
"Indeed!"
"Guys, please." Hiccup told the two. The dome closed before they could get out and you all heard a crash. You were stunned.
"Open the dome!" You called. It opened and you all hurried over to Snotlout.
"Snotlout, are you ok?" Hiccup asked.
"Ow...define ok!" He grumbled, sitting up.
"Where's Hookfang?" Hiccup asked. He huffed as he stood up.
