At the beginning, I thought jumping straight into high intensity would give me the results I want fast. But after 1-2 Weeks of doing high intensity workout, I lost motivation.
Jumping straight into ABS workout or other high intensity workout isn't for me because of the weight i have to carry. The body weight when i first started out was too heavy for me to keep me going because it was tough.

Therefore i would recommend going for simple workout first. Here's how my simple workout looks like:

1. Walking on treadmill for 30 Minutes
   - 4.0km/h
   - 20 mins of incline 6
   - 10 mins of incline 9

2. Using resistance Band, pull it up x100times.

3. 5 minutes of good stretching.

GOOD MUSIC TO LISTEN TO WHILE WORKING OUT:

Spotify:
- Electro Mix
- Dance Rising

These hyped up music have similar rhythm, so you can pace yourself with the beat.

*** I'll change my workout once i reached the weight i feel it's suitable for me to do high intensity workout!

This was my workout for Week 4
and i'm going to continue it for Week 5!

Also, I read somewhere that it's the best if you're active all times during the day. It does boost your metabolism. (correct me if i'm wrong) so make it a habit to move around at home! jump around while listening to music, slow dance, fold your clothes, clean your room, anything that is not sleeping!

WEEK 6 WORKOUT:
1. Inner thighs workout

2. Abs workout
x150 Crunches
x3 times of 40 sec plank.

3. Arm workout
x100 times of lifting with resistance band.

WEEK 7 & 8 & 9 & 10 WORKOUT:
1. Walking treadmill for 30 minutes
2. Chloe Ting's 10 minutes abs workout
3. Arm workout with resistance band x100 times

WHAT TIME DO YOU WORKOUT?
Usually the best time for me is 11:00AM, when i'm still in the fasting mode. (I break fast at 12:00 PM) My workout is simple which is suitable for me while i'm fasting.

For Holidays: 11:00AM
For school days: DEPENDS

* For school days, I TRIED DOING IT AT 6:30AM and it doesn't make me happy at all. So for school days i'll maybe have to stick to 3 times per week exercise, and also while i'm fasting. oh wells.

HOW MANY TIMES DO I WORKOUT IN A WEEK?
For holidays, I work out every single day. Monday-Sunday.

For school days, I work out usually 3 Days per week. But for W5, I'm going to try work out every single day. will update you if it's going great or nah.

- This workout is literally the simplest workout ever and if you give up...... you're never going to change. So KEEP pushing like a warrior!
