3. Homemade salad bowls
4. Fruits
5. Oatmeals
6. Eggs
7. Fast food (OMAD on friday)
8. Almond nuts
9. Sweet potatoes

Things I cannot eat:
1. Fried food
2. Cookies
3. Ice cream
4. Drinks that are not green tea
5. Crackers/Tidbits
6. Pastries
7. SAUCE (only use natural sauces, no TOMATO,BBQ sauce or chilli sauce)

Weekdays:
Warrior Fast (20:4)
Since this week is holiday for me, so it'll be easier for me to fast now:D

Weekends:
2 Meals & 1 Snack.
