Anyways! I am trying to get in shape, currently I weigh at ~50kgs and my goal is to reach 44~45kgs. I have to lose about 6KG? Oh yes...

Yo~ I'm back to eating healthy food & IM GLAD AND HAPPY. CLEAN AND GREEN. Today I made 1 boiled egg, 1 Potato, Broccoli & Vege, And 1 Chicken breast along with 3 Huge strawberries for the red in this meal. Portion control i would say I definitely exceed. I think i'll cut out the strawberries then it'll be fine. But anyways yep! I'm glad i'm eating healthy again~ Also i'm satisfied with this meal:-)

Dinner @ 7:00PM
For dinner i had a small scoop of rice, (really super less rice) and had a good portion of this! duck meat! It was given from my grandma~ taste good! Afterwards i had an apple to end off the day. Portion control: Successful! Even though i had a sudden appetite to eat a lot of food I still managed to control myself & not go overboard. yay!! I'm doing 18:6 Fast today :)
