Had one wrap with lettuce & tomato & egg
Took me like 15 minutes to finish it because of braces HAHADinner @ 7:00PM
Mom bought food & i ate in portion control! which was good!This week i'm going to try avoid refined carbs.
If really out of options i'll take wholegrain bread.In general i'm going to be a sugar detox. And the bread detox(white bread)

Quite a big meal! It was way over my portion control. I learnt that you should eat until you're satisfied, not until when you feel uncomfortable.Dinner @ 5:30 PM
Wasn't hungry & was debating whether to eat, but i decided to eat because my mentality is not ready for OMAD.
