Breakfast @ 12:00PM

Had one wrap with lettuce & tomato & egg
Took me like 15 minutes to finish it because of braces HAHA

Dinner @ 7:00PM
Mom bought food & i ate in portion control! which was good!

This week i'm going to try avoid refined carbs.
If really out of options i'll take wholegrain bread.

In general i'm going to be a sugar detox. And the bread detox(white bread)

Quite a big meal! It was way over my portion control. I learnt that you should eat until you're satisfied, not until when you feel uncomfortable.

Dinner @ 5:30 PMWasn't hungry & was debating whether to eat, but i decided to eat because my mentality is not ready for OMAD
