Things I can eat:

1. Wraps (homemade)
2. Oatmeal
3. Granola (3 scoops)
4. Apples
5. Orange
6. Kiwis
7. Hard boiled eggs
8. 1 Banana each day
9. Green Tea
10. Peanut butter (one small scoop)
11. Sweet potato

Things i Cannot eat:

1. Crackers
2. Cereal
3. any meal in school that's not salad
4. Drinks that are not green tea
5. Ice cream
6. Cookies
7. Cakes,Bread (any type of bread is a nono.)
8. Chips
9. Fast food (only for friday dinner but i have to OMAD then)
10. Fried food

EATING PLAN FOR THIS WEEK
This week i would be cooking my meals for often & bringing it to school! I recently bought this family wrap (37 pieces) and i have to finish them. My mom bought a lot of chicken breast as well. So... Yup!

WEEKDAYS:
ONE MEAL & ONE FRUIT
Portion control.

WEEKENDS:
Saturday: 16:8, Fasting method, Portion control.
Sunday: 2 Meals, portion control.
