It had been a couple hours now since Kyle had been taken to be healed. Bow sat in awkward silence along side Glimmer and Adora. They were waiting on the Queen to enter the meeting room. He could already hear the lecture. Do you have any idea how irresponsible it was to bring a Horde boy here? What if he is a spy?

He let his thoughts wander through the conversation before the sound of a door handle turning grabbed his attention. Just as he had expected, here came the Queen with that look on her face. One he had seen on his fathers' faces too many times. A mixture of hurt, anger, and disappointment.

"Do you kids have any idea how dangerous that was?"

An feeling of discomfort swept through the room. A wave that brought on the anxious rubbing of arms, unfocused gazes, and red checks. A round of mumbled apologies was heard from the trio, who uncomfortably shifted under her piercing stare.

"I mean, it would different I'm sure if he turned out to a be a princess with abilities granted to him from some first ones tech, but all he had was an arrow in his shoulder!"

Bow felt his face get especially red at those words.

"I'm sorry. I swear I didn't mean too... It was just... just reflexes." He rubbed the back of his neck, and told her about the incident.

"Bow... I... don't know what to say. I'm not mad... I'm just... disappointed. Next time, just... just come to me first."  rested her head on her palms and sighed.

"So... mom?" Glimmer looked up, still a tad nervous. "What are you going to do with him?"

"Frankly, my dear... I have no clue..."

Adora took this time to stand up, and gather the attention. "I have been gone from the Horde for a while, but... I knew Kyle. He was always the pushover for all us. He always took the blame, and he is really, really, clumsy. This may just be me, but I think there is no way that Hordak, or Catra, would entrust him to be a spy."

Angela took her time to consider Adora's words. Then, lifting herself from her seat, she turned towards the door. "Ill let you children decide I suppose. But first I'm going to have him thoroughly searched. Until then, remain here and think it over."
